I already filed a complaintIn addition to FINALLY getting to talk to someone I had to send my new pay stubs over before they would change the dates of my payments which neither of the two people I spoke to said they needed me to send my paycheck stubsSo again, I'm inconvenienced for people not knowing how to do their jobsWhen I asked again about being in a hard ship and there was anything they could doThe answer was noWhen I asked if there anything they could do for me regarding all the hassle and inconvenience and poor customer service I've gottenThe answer was noWe stopped your debit tomorrowI said yes that was your faultNot mineSo that was your problem to fixWhen I asked again what can you do for meThey said nothingWhen I asked for a corporate numberThey told me they didn't have oneThat's an awesome companyYou don't even have a corporate number? How is that possibleThis company is so shady and terribleIt does not surprise me they are graded an FThey shouldn't even be in operation.They will not compensate me or work with me at all for all of the problems I have had that have been their mistakesThere has to be something that can AND SHOULD BE DONE FOR SUCH TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I’ve had a loan open with this company I’ve tried to contact someone yet I have not been able to reach anyone. How do I check the balance of my loan? I don’t not want to overpay.yet I’ve seen many complaints with this company over charging.

We did noticed that customer did set up for pay off on 12/29/but it was not processedBeside original pay off amount ($219.12), customer did over pay us We will process ACH reversal and Total of $will go back to customer’s bank accountCustomer will receive the refunds in
multiple transactions since they were separate transactionWhole process will take to business days

Customer took $installment loan 4/29/and made payment made on 2nd payment we were unable to auto debit account after not contact with customer account was closed out

we can offer a refund of $271.04 the amount of the pay off on first payment would of been $the principal amount plus the interest and feesif customer please let us know if this is satisfactory with the customer and we will send refund right away Thank you

customers resolution asked to close account and stop all future payments we did what was asked customer has not directly contacted ,we will e mail her and try to resolve this matter

Ms*** our collections has requested the removal of this account from all major credit reporting agencies . attached is a letter the collections agency will be mailing you for your records.Thank You we appreciate your business

On 5/28, We spoke to customer and made payment arrangement on remaining balance as customer requested.On 6/2, customer bounced the transaction of 1st payment by closing customer's bank account.We were unable to reach the customer ever since.Thank you

one of our call center representatives called Mr*** 3-14-and let him know that all ACH debits were stopped and account was closed out and consider paid off

sorry for the delay in response I have not yet received a letter reguardig this matter but we will be taking care of this as soon as possible

a customer service manager has have left a voice mail and also reached out by e mail we are now waiting on response from Mr*** manager would like a review of the customer service as this is unacceptable and would like to close and consider Mr*** s account paid off for his trouble and the bad service please contact *** * at *** *** *** - ***

Per conversation with customer, account is in the process of settlementIf transaction on 10/28/clears(as discussed), customer's account will be paid off and closed
