George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating

Yesterday, Sept. 22, 2015, Rusty from George Brazil Heating and Air Conditioning conducted a "routine" maintenance call to check the performance of the aging air conditioners at my home. He did an excellent job of explaining what problems needed to be addressed and what it would cost. I ok'ed the work and he got started on it. When he encountered a very unusual problem, he made several calls to technical experts and his supervisor. In the end, his supervisor approved expanding the scope of the repairs at no additional charge to me. My air conditioning was working ok before the maintenance work, but now it is working even better. Rusty did a great job in a difficult situation.

I am very pleased with the work that was done by George Brazil Heating and Air Conditioning, and I would highly recommend their service to other people.

Jason Z, our service tech, was prompt, professional, and efficient. George Brazil contacts us twice a year to set up free service calls to ensure unit is operating efficiently and stands behind its warranty. Just had a $2800 coil replaced at no cost.

Know this, too and have the expertise to help you install the best systems and they will honor their promise to maintain the systems.

Our recent emergency involved a failure with our air conditioner. It occurred after business hours. Charley L. responded to help us. He had already worked a full day and volunteered to take our call. Charley is a member of the "me second" group of men and women who sacrifice their time at home with their families to help someone in need. They understand and are devoured to duty. They truly are like U.S. Marines.

Charley's willingness to accept a task that deprived him of dinner with his family and the chance to tuck his kids into bed cannot be repaid with sufficient thanks. Writing this review for Charley is shallow evidence of our true gratitude. Thank you, again, Charley. And thank you Everyone who helped us that evening!

Everything that was promised was done and more. They don't nickel and dime you. I had a leaking duct which I was unaware of and was not part of the original estimate they told me about it and fixed it free of charge. Wasn't going to call them for an estimate because I thought with all the advertising they do they would be very expensive but the opposite is true. Recommend to two neighbors they both purchased from G.B.

He worked all day and did not take a break until he was done. I have never seen anyone work so diligently. Service call: To assess whole house plumbing. [redacted] arrived on time, inspected all plumbing, found potential problems, explained in detail all work needed and outlined a plan to address and repair all problems, including price quotes. [redacted] was courteous and knowledgeable. I will be contacting George Brazil Services to do all future plumbing work and request [redacted] to be my plumbing technician.

Called George Brazil for a 2nd opinion and the tech they sent out ([redacted]) was fantastic. She provided an honest assessment of any potential issues with my unit. The bottom line, I was quoted almost $1000.00 by another supposedly reputably company and this ended up costing me $200. A huge thanks!

We cannot say enough positive statements about the A/C installation by [redacted] and [redacted] in one of our rental units yesterday. They were both busy from start to finish and did a thorough and satisfactory job of installing the unit. Both young men were completely professional, using footies over their shoes when it was necessary to access the actual unit. They also gave us thorough training on how to use the new unit.
