[redacted] was on time, very courteous and CLEAN. He did a wonderful job on repairing my AC and I would highly recommend him to others! George Brazil should be proud of [redacted] and his commitment to 100% satisfaction for his customers.

I sent an online request to get an appointment for an estimate. They called me to schedule within a minute of submitting the request and came out 2 days later. Not only did I get the estimate I requested, they also installed the outdoor electrical outlet I wanted that day and for a reasonable price. [redacted]. was great to work with.

George Brazil installed 2 HVAC systems. They were fast, neat and clean, professional, and extremely helpful.

Received excellent service regarding my heating/cooling system in my home. I found [redacted]. to be polite, personable and most of all professional in his duties while getting my system up and running in a timely manner.

He took the time to answer my questions. Upon entering my home he even put protective booties over his work shoes.

[redacted]. was very professional he took the time to take pictures of the weak parts and what could happen if not replaced . after he replaced the parts he showed then to me . giving an explation as to what was worn out and why they needed to be replaced. beind an electrican for forty years I new what he was talking about and found him to be very knowlegable.he also neet and represented his company in a professional maner .

I could not be happier with my new energy saving A/C and heating units. Upon completion they cleaned up and you would never know they were here.....

We had Jorge and Amelio put in a new AC unit. We had a unit in the back and they put a new unit on the roof. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond. They told us what they were doing and showed us pictures of what they did on the roof. The new unit works so much better then the one we had installed 10 years ago. Very nice work Jorge and Amelio.

We had a great experience with the installation of our new A/C and heating unit. Due to the age of our house and unit, the furnace also needed to be removed, the house completely re-ducted along with obtaining the new unit. We called for service at 7:00am and had all of the work completed and cool air blowing again by the end of the day! Anthony, Andrew, and Johnny were nice, polite, and did a great job with the installation. So far, we're very happy!

Manny D. was the HVAC service tech, who was a straight shooter and assisted me with purchasing the Heat Pump system I wanted with no sales pressure, answering my questions. Johnny C. and Andrew P. were the installers of my new York Affinity Series Heat Pump. They were very diligent and attentive in completing the installation. Answering all my questions and addressing my concerns willingly. Their work was clean from the beginning to end. Fantastic job overall, I just can't help feeling how pleased I am for choosing George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating.
