Michelle J. was very thorough as to why we needed a new A/C. All prices and warranties quoted were accurate on the paperwork. They crew, Jose G. and Ferris T.arrived on time and were very polite and knowledgeable. They took the time to show us how to use the new programmable thermostat.

Service Technician was very efficient and clean. Explained everything very well.

Brandon W. was prompt, courteous, and friendly. He took time to explain the procedure he was performing and why. He also explained the maintenance agreement to us.

His knowlege of air conditioning/heating and attention to detail is incredible.

Multiple trips into the attic to inspect the existing duct work (in the attic, up on the roof, in the attic back up on the roof). Right off the bat, he discovered an 18 inch square vent which was never closed by ACE HOME SERVICES. this was an abandoned evap feed which now fed the attic/outside world.

Charley's discovery will now save us thousands (no exageration) of dollars over the course of a few years. Expected savings will pay for the gaspac installation, duct test, seal and repair, and insulation.

Estimate for total recoup of investment dollars is only 4.5 years. Amazing! Thank

As if this was not enough, Charley proved a good and considerate listener making sure he explained the scope of work and ensured my wife and I had a clear understanding not only the scope of work but the details and why.

Then, on top of this, Charley described the rebate programs available to us.

We recently had to replace our AC unit and we had a great crew from the Sales Rep to the installation team, they were a class act. I highly recommend them should you need anything HVAC related.

[redacted]. did a good job of fixing our problem with one of our A/C units, as he diagnosed low refrigerant, added refrigerant, and it is working again. He was not able to find a leak so still not sure what the root cause is for the low refrigerant. He scheduled a follow up in 3 weeks to check it again to see if refrigerant level is low or still holding. If it is low again he will recommend replacing Evap coil in attic and recommend to his manager that it be covered Under Warranty since it was diagnosed prior to Warranty expiration. This was a fair resolution, which I really appreciated!!

We just want to say how much we appreciated the great work and professionalism of [redacted]. With representatives like [redacted] on your team it is no wonder why George Brazil comes so highly recommended. We really appreciated [redacted]'s attention to detail and maintaining a neat work area. Thanks again for the job done well; we'll be back.
