[redacted] came out for a condenser fan issue today. He was extremely courteous, professional, and took the time to explain what what happening with our system. I could not be more pleased with the service we received. I would highly recommend [redacted] as a service tech if possible.

Nathan was very informative and knowledgeable and really helped me out a lot. He came out on a holiday when my AC went out and quickly diagnosed the problem. I appreciate everything he did for me. I'll be calling him again for any future problems.

Brandon is very professional and timely in his approach. He clearly knows the technical side of HVAC. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I would like to compliment our service tech Roy H. He is a very personable and

professional representative of George Brazil Heating and a/c and explained in detail

the condition of my heat pump along with a video of the unit that he took while on the roof. I feel confident that Roy will take care of our future HVAC needs and will recommend him to our friends nod neighbors.

The technicians who preformed service for me on January 4, 2016, were very pleasant, professional and seemed to know their business. The previous technician who installed the original line set did not do it correctly and there was a leak that caused me to loose cooling twice at the end of the summer.

The company has been very good about diagnosing correcting the problem and kept my AC system working in the interim. My only complaint is that they did not preform a leak test on the system before they installed the new line set that cost $2,500 and had to be installed on the outside of my buildings which is not very attractive.

They are very professional mr Josh W[redacted] was very pleasant and explained what he was doing and repair our air conditioner very quickly I would reccomed this company to anyone Great Job

We recently purchased an A/C system from GEORGE BRAZIL. Manny D[redacted] handled the sale and we are very pleased with his professionalism, the price and the unit. The next morning the installers Jose G & Ferris T removed the old split unit & installed the new split unit (in the attic) in under 5 hours. They left our house and yard as clean as when they arrived. They were also very professional & efficient. We are very pleased with our experience with this company's employees

Callvin W. was part of a two man team that cleaned our air conditioning duct work. He was friendly and professional and did an excellent job. They made sure to lay down drop clothes to keep the dirt from spreading through the condo.

Review: In September of 2009 I contacted George Brazil and purchased a new air conditioner with heat pump. Since the installation it has not worked properly.

06/2014- AC went out

08/2011- had to re hook up. Was improperly installed

07/2011- had to repair duct workDesired Settlement: This unit has way too many breakdowns for being new. It is a hazard to me and my family. We have health conditions and also pets in our home. It is very concerning to us. We are scared to even go on vacation in the summer for fear we will come home to our deceased pets.

We would really like to see George Brazil stand behind their company and replace this unit.

A couple winters ago the heat went out and it was very cold here (30's overnight) we called emergency number and they never responded. They called the next morning to apologize for their employee and gave us a free pad of paper with their logo on it for our troubles.

Spoke with [redacted] and expressed my concerns regarding the AC Unit. I have contacted Heating and Cooling (distributer of [redacted] equipment) and have requested the Manufacture Rep to meet one of my Warranty Technicians on the job site to perform an overall thorough exam on the unit. The Tech Rep is on vacation until 9/2/14 and I will contact him first thing Tuesday morning! Customer is cooling and he is ok with me scheduling the Tech Rep to come out ASAP (preferably on Thursday or Friday morning). I will keep you posted during the process, thanks! (from start to finish it may take 2-4 weeks but we will do what it takes to make it right!)

[redacted]. checked and tuned our ac. She explained everything that she was ding and made sure we understood everything concerning our ac. She made some suggestions and gave reasons to why it would be beneficial. She was prompt, courteous and professional. She is an outstanding employee for a very good company. I would and will request her for any service that might be needed from George Brazil

[redacted] and partner [redacted] replaced my AC. They seemed very competent in replacing my unit. They were friendly and courteous in answering my questions. They were conscientious in leaving my house and garage the way they found it.

[redacted] from George Brazil performed annual air conditioner maintenance and replaced a part. He was very careful not to bring dirt into our house. He was also very clean (on such a hot day), friendly and professional. A great representative for George Brazil. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions very completely. He also gave us information for services they offer which we were not aware of and consequently scheduled a service we wanted but did not know who offered that service. He was such a clean and efficient serviceman and left our home as clean as when he arrived. We will ask for him again!

We hit the jackpot with not one but two great service people. The plumbing work was done on time, technicians were knowledgeable and courteous; went to great effort to make sure our comfort and needs were met. We are so impressed that we are going back to George Brazil for additional work, this time electrical. Thank you George, special thanks [redacted] and [redacted].
