George Brazil Air Conditioning & Heating

I had George Brazil Air Conditioning and Heating clean and seal my HVAC ducts after the service tech (Eric R) diagnosed the need. The cleaning crew of Chuck W and Paul M did a wonderful job, covering all surfaces before vacuuming the ducts. Then they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves, and returning moved furniture. I would strongly recommend their services.

Austin was very professional and the service was done correctly and in a clean way.

I have used George Brazil for AC, heating & plumbing issues for years & have been very happy with their service. The latest tech they sent out Joe R to do my routine AC check up before the hot weather comes was fabulous! Couldn't have asked for a more dedicated & polite service person. He really went above & beyond in explaining everything. Thank you Joe R!!!

HORRIBLE! Tried to "sell" us a new unit when it was not warranted. When we refused to purchase expensive pieces/services, the tech started being rude. We later found out that he then removed all of the insulation around our current unit for spite. We didn't trust him after he tried to sell us unnecessary parts, so we got up on the roof to check things out after he left and found the panels of insulation laying all over the place. We called the George Brazil office to get someone back out to fix the situation and were told that their employees wouldn't do something like that and that they didn't believe us. We told them that we were going to file a Revdex.com report againt them. The gentleman on the phone informed us that he would just tell the Revdex.com that he tried to resolve our problem and that we were being unreasonable. He said that he had a good reputation with the Revdex.com and our complaint wouldn't matter anyway we were just one family and they service thousands.

We bought our heat pump through George Brazil about three years ago and also purchased a ten-year service contract. A representative comes out every six months to evaluate the unit. It's easy to make an appointment, and the technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and on time. They always call when they're on the way, and they've never been outside the window of time we've set up. I am very happy with my air conditioning/heating system and the service I've received from George Brazil.

[redacted] is an asset to George Brazil Co. We had a water heater replaced today and couldn't have been happier with our plumber. He was so kind, explained everything in full was very pleasant and did a great job. This is the 1st time we have used George Brazil, but will use them again if needed with great employees like [redacted]

Service Specialist was very timely and neat in appearance.

Did not rush. Asked if I had any questions.

All of the tech were very professional and experienced. Installed air/heat conditioner, clean ducts, balanced temperature in my house. They worked very hard and it was a pleasure to do business with all of them. It was very nice to know they were doing a great job right the first time.

I must confess George Brazil was not my first choice. I had previously contacted 3 other A/C businesses. It was 102 degrees and the company who had installed my A/C 8 years earlier said they could not come for 6 days. All this because I had a parts and labor 10 year contract and they wanted to charge me each time they came. The second company called York and confirmed that they were not a preferred repair company. The third company wanted $79.95 to come, parts and labor fee and would give me only one year warranty despite the fact that I was told they were a preferred repair company and I still had two years remaining on my contract. Finally I reached George Brazil. They came promptly, repaired the AC effectively and accepted the warranty. Their customer service is above reproach. [redacted]. went above and beyond to explain everything. He is an excellent representative of this company.

Always good doing Business with George Brazil. The Tech's are Very Good. Just Had semi-annual checkup done on my 2 properties. The young man was professional, on time, Polite, and explained everthing very well to me. [redacted]. thanks and have a great Christmas.

Mr. [redacted] provided us with an estimate and contract to remove & replace Two (2) A/C Heating & Cooling Systems.
We found Mr. [redacted] to be professional, knowledgeable about what he recommended and what we were in need of.
We obtained Two other estimates from other Heating & Cooling contractors and found Mr. [redacted] to be more trustworthy and he represented his firm (George Brazil) extremely well.
His presentation was presented very well and even though we received comparable estimates from other firms, we choose his bid over a less costly bids from the other firms.
Everything he promised was provided and his installers did a fantastic job, even though it was a rainy day, they completed everything on time and left our home as clean or cleaner than when they started.

2 employees....[redacted] cleaned the ductwork in my home. They did a good job...and were very conciencious.

Excellent and prompt service. The tech lets you know what is wrong and even shows you so you can learn.

Derek A[redacted] was our service tech. He was the ultimate professional. Quickly located our problem,explained what our options were,and helped us to proceed with our decision to replace our A.C. Unit. To insure our immediate comfort he had a crew at our home the very next morning for the install. This was our first experience with G.B.

A.C. and Heating,however I have and will continue to recommend them,largely due to employees like Derek A[redacted] and the company's attention to quality work.

I called to report an odd noise coming from our newly installed A/C unit and Mike F[redacted] came out this afternoon to look it over. He checked the entire system and even went into the attic to check the air handler. He found nothing wrong and explained that because of the newer coolant being used, the pressures in the unit were higher than what was in our old unit and that likely was the 'noise' we were hearing.
Mike was absolutely great and did a very thorough job. In all honesty, he did more than what I would have expected, given that the issue seemed to be just the compressor outside. Once again, George Brazil's response could not have been better. It's why they are the only company we use.
