[redacted] was in charge of installing a new York AC / Heating System in our house yesterday. He is very professional and exceeded our exceptions in this installation.
He took care of all our issues with past pad installations and put us on tack for a long use of this new system

[redacted] and [redacted] of Geo. Brazil A/C & Heating installed a new coil for my A/C. They were informative, efficient and made sure my questions were answered. I highly recommend them and the company.

We came home from a vacation and our house was hot as an oven. Everyone in the family was measurable for the night until next day. We called George Brazil AC & Heating, the customer service rep sent Derek A. to check our system. He was very professional (showed ID), and proceeded to check on the unit. It was a quick fix - only the compressor was out. The problem was that we did not have the money (having just came home from vacation). Derek and I talked a little more about other options, our small talked lead to him knowing that my wife and I were in the military. Thank God, Derek was able to contact his management and allowed us to write post dated check. Thank you so much Derek for helping out and George Brazil for supporting /trusting us Veterans in time of need!!!

Oner M. came on time and serviced my air conditioner. He explained things, answered my questions, and was polite. I enjoyed having him here and would recommend him to others. I will request him the next time I need service.

The technician Jacob W[redacted] was very professional and thorough in his inspection. I mentioned a noise I heard a few times when the heater was running and he indeed found a problem and placed an order for a replacement part. I was very satisfied with the heat system tune-up I requested from George Brazil.

Bryan was very professional and did a thorough job assessing our needs. He completed some clean up work from a previous installation. He also explained our options for work going forward.

Mike did a great job checked out the problems did the adjustments needed ordered the parts, and made sure we know how to set the thermostat with the changes. Very good and polite employee.

The tech (cJ) was knowledgeable and explained very clearly the issues with our old AC unit. He was not pushy and always polite.

My experience with George Brazil was very good. Brandon W went over and above to provide good customer service. Explained the ac unit and suggested the start assist for capacitor in order to save compressor life. He did a good thorough assessment.
