The technician [redacted] was excellent in his work and very professional.

[redacted]. was great, very respectful and professional. I have one very active dog that I crate when workers are in and around the house because, if out, she will get excited,, want their attention, jump up on them (In their nice white uniforms) and want them to play ball. When [redacted] showed up he told me I could let her out and he would be fine. She was thrilled! He got his work done professionally, told me what he checked, the results of those checks and also updated me on status of my warranties etc... I was very pleased.
He even threw the ball for my dog a couple of times when done so she was pleased as well. [redacted] earned two thumbs up from me and lots of tail wags from my dog.
I use George Brazil for various services because I trust them and they provide great service.

My A/C gave out on one of the hottest days in Scottsdale Az . Brandon W[redacted] with George Brazil Air Conditioning and Heating came to my house at 11:00 at night and repaired my A/C within 20 minutes. Brandon was fast, knowledgeable, and direct with what I could expect for charges. I would have him back any day of the week to fix my A/C problems. All techs could learn a thing or two from Brandon on customer service, clean work, and trouble shooting the issue within minutes. Top Shelf!

George Brazil AC and Heating sent two professionals to service my AC. Ignacio and Rafael were prompt, skilled in their profession, courteous and always the perfect gentlemen. Their character reflects credit upon them and upon George Brazil AC and Heating. Ignacio and Rafael should be commended.

The Sales Representative was very knowledgeable and professional in his proposal to replace two old units. The installation team was on time and very effective on the removal and installation of the two new units at my home. Very clean and professional.
