[redacted]. came to our home late on 6/19/15, was very professional and we did not feel rushed because of the late time. He did a thorough job in explaining what could be done and returned the next day to fill out our paperwork. He call 6/22/15 to make sure our service guys were here and to make sure if the other installation had been scheduled for us. [redacted]. was a very professional young man and we would be happy to have him help us in the future if/when needed.

The George Brazil technicians did a very good job. They were very mindful of cleanliness in our home, fast at the installation and kept me informed of their progress. They had to enlarge our attic opening and repaired the enlarged hole professionally. Dodge Brazil had the best pricing, a good 16 seer rated unit, professional installation and very good service.

Very polite and engaging. Kept me informed throughout my test and seal. Work seemed to be spot on if not over and above. Attention to detail.

I want to commend the tech, [redacted]. He was thorough, knowledgeable and honest and identified items that were missed by previous service personnel. A credit to his company.

Recently Mike B. serviced my AC, I could not ask for a more professional and knowledgeable tech. I'm lucky to have him available to me. I can only thank both Mike and George(lol).

I had my old heating and air conditioning system replaced with a newer more energy efficient system today. The two men who came out to do the installation were Mick and Rudy and they were outstanding.They were polite, cleaned up the area when they finished and explained how to operate the system. I also want to say this is an outstanding company to work with and you can trust them.

After fighting with a 17-year-old A/C during a 110+ AZ heat wave...we caved and purchased a brand new HVAC system. The reason I gave George Brazil 4 instead of 5 stars is because I would've liked to be given a straight and honest price and not had to have haggled on the purchase price of the HVAC, But I see that as a company issue, and I'm more writing to praise the Service Pros who installed our A/C. The service my husband and I received was wonderful. We purchased our HVAC, the associate fixed our old one for the night and offered to reimburse us for a hotel if our old A/C went out that day (luckily we didn't have to do that!). We had our entire system completely installed by 2 pm the following day. Chuck W. and Ivan A. were complete professionals. I don't know anything about A/C units or furnaces, but they spent time after the installation ensuring we understood what we had purchased. They used their shoe covers when coming inside, rolled out sheets to make sure they didn't dirty our floor, and then vacuumed the areas they worked in and walked through before leaving. They were super friendly and I saw them as trust-worthy professionals. Given our world today, I especially appreciate when people are still professional, friendly, trust-worthy, and courteous. Thank you Chuck and Ivan!

Brandon was very professional & efficient in servicing our 2 units. He explained things to us very well, and was friendly and courteous.

[redacted] and [redacted] have done an awesome job in troubleshooting the problem with our air conditioning unit. Our unit is only three years old and would not start at the beginning of May, by process of elimination they located the problem and had the unit running in a timely manner and I will say it runs better now than it ever did before. Job well done.

[redacted] was terrific. He was very professional and answered any questions we posed. He was careful to clean up after the installation. We couldn't be more pleased.
