Grace showed up on time, did a professional installation of three new upgrades to our kitchen. After our installations, she called to confirm all were OK. On a Saturday evening, Grace called and stopped on her way home to fix a minor problem. That completed a neat and tidy job.

I discovered on the 1/23/14 that I had selective power in the master bedroom/bath. Tripped the breakers and had no power to the house. George Brazil, [redacted] came to the rescue on Christmas Eve day. Fixed the problem after 4.5 hours. Replaced main breaker, branch breakers and trouble shot the problem as to why the breaker was tripping and fixed it. I had all power for Christmas Eve. He was very professional and wore the booties that you see on TV. Besides the sticker shock of not realizing how much a repair can cost especially at Christmas time, I should be good to another 20 years.

We had George Brazil out to do a simple repair. Swap out a breaker. The technician told me those breakers are no longer manufactured and he would have to special order one and it would cost $250 and take at least a month to get. He then offered an alternative of a "detachment" which would cost about $720. I said no thank you. He then offered me the possibility of a $35 coupon. I again said no thank you. He tried to talk me into it again and gave me a written estimate then left. A few minutes later he called back and said he had found one of those "rare" breakers in south PHX but it will cost us $450. We almost went for it but my husband did some checking around and guess what? We found the "rare" breaker at Lowes and it was only $8.50. After we paid someone to install it the total bill was $45. The only reason we called George Brazil is because we "thought" it was a reputable company. We no longer believe this is a reputable company thanks to your technician [redacted] who blatantly attempted to scam us out of $720.

Zack at George Brazil was extremely competent and informative in replacing our leaking water heater and convincing us we needed a new water softener which we did. The work was done in a timely manor and Zack gave me confidence in his ability and was very helpful. George Brazil is more expensive than other companies but esp with Plumbers like Zack the work is done correctly the first time.

This was my first experience with George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical Services and it was great! They called and told me what time they would be there and they were right on time! The technician that came, Greg, was amazing. He was very professional and personable. Greg did the job right and I would recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing repairs done. Awesome company.

George Brazil has been professional, courteous and very forth right in the plumbing issues that I have had.

We use George Brazil for all our Electrical & plumbing. Have purchased an Air conditioner, Water Heater and had regular check-ups. Always prompt and knowledgeable about the products they sell and service.

On a scale of 1 thru 10, we give Zack a 20, he is very good. Zack explained the status of our Carbon Water Filtration system that he installed in October, 2015. All in all, the system appears to be functioning withing its parameters. We will need to await the one-year warranty review for any further aspects.

The company sent a technician same day, which I didn't expect since I didn't really have an emergency. Wade ran a pressure test and informed me that the pressure was too high, something that no other plumbing company had ever told me, and which was the reason that I was constantly wearing out valves and needing service for leaks.

Wade has courteous, professional and easy to work with. He explained why I needed a pressure-regulating valve and adequately described every step he took.

On the minus side, I thought the toilet repair was a little expensive.

Great service! Fair and honest pricing. Completed the job under 1 hour. Will definitely hire them for future electrical work.

Ernesto was very professional and knowledgeable, he arrived at our home quickly and tackled the matter promptly and with his expertise he was able to solve the issue. The price of the service was comparable to competitors, and Ernesto did not try to up-sell or add on extra charges.

I will recommend George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical, and especially Ernesto to anyone that needs quick, good, honest and inexpensive plumbing or electrical work done.

Tony V. did a super job in hanging a kitchen light fixture for me. He arrived on stated time and recommended the best way to hang the light from the ceiling. It looks super! Tony knows what he's doing, is very knowledgeable regarding electrical installations, and was a pleasure to talk with. I will ask for him for my next electrical project.

George Brazil provides excellent service for both plumbing and electrical work. Gabriel recently completed some electrical work that I wanted done. He was friendly and courteous. He quickly ad efficiently got to work. When he was finished he cleaned up and thanked me for my business. I always request Gabriel when I need electrical work done. I also recently needed some plumbing work done. Kevin come and took care of my need. He was friendly and courteous. He explained what I needed done, quoted a price and then completed the work. I will request Kevin the next time I need plumbing work done.

I had Gabriel S out to my home for an estimate. He was very down to earth and very knowledgeable. A super nice person. Unfortunately, being senior citizens we could not afford the charge of installing a ceiling fan. He is a great person to represent the company of George Brazil.
