Raul was very knowledgeable, courteous, and explained why we had the electrical problem, and gave us options to keep the problem from occurring again.

On the first trip to my house, they found out what my air conditioner needed to drain the condensation water. When I found out the water leaking problem seemed to be coming from my hot water tank in the same closet, I called them again and, a time was made for the installer to come put in a new water heater the next day. The water clean-up men did their job and said all should be dry by Monday. (today is Thursday)

They would be out then and finish the repairs. After they left, George Brazil service person showed up with the new water heater. After ti was installed, she answered any questions I had, gave me her card and said to call if there was ever any problem. All were very courteous.

Tried George Brazil's Electrical services for the first time, and will be a continuing customer. I was very pleased with the service, and especially the [redacted] professionalism. I have been extremely satisfied with both the electrical and AC & Heating services, and plan to use their plumbing services in the near future.

On 8/19/14 I had this company fix a leaking toilet. It was a simple fix using a part that can be purchased for $12 at any hardware store. It took the repairman only a half hour to fix the problem. The bill was $388.46 WITH a discount! The repairman knew it was high as he said, "don't kill the messenger! I realize companies can charge whatever they want but this, I feel, is extremely excessive and I want everyone to know and use different company for repairs!

Had George Brazille electrician Camas Harris do several electrical jobs at my home 10/13/16, all done very well with great attitude. Same company previously did electrical work at my office building, which also was done very well and with great attitude.

Had a problem with a water system that was installed by George Brazil a year ago. Thy came out on a week end an fixed the leak at no cost to me .

I had a Saturday plumbing emergency and fortunately George Brazil was able to send out

Ernesto within the hour! Ernesto was very efficient and capable was very pleasant to have in my home. I asked additional questions which he was able to explain and was knowledgeable in all areas as well as the condition of Phoenix water. All the work was done neatly and with no mess left for me to clean up. Thank you!

Our experience with this business was outstanding. Plumber--Tom , and Electrician--Raul were the best. They were pleasant, professional, and they both did a wonderful job. We would recommend George Brazil Services to anyone needing the services they provide.

I cannot believe the level of gracious customer service displayed by Elijah O with George Brazil. Our whole house lost power and it was determined to be the breaker, which needed to be completely replaced. He explained in a way we could understand what was wrong, and showed us our options. We didn't go with the most expensive choice, and he didn't hassle us on it. He made us feel confident in the choice we made and explained perfectly how it would resolve our challenge. He was here for nearly 6 hours but always had a smile on his face, and worked hard and efficiently to fix the problem. I'll never need to call anyone else out there, because Elijah and George Brazil really can fix it all!

This was one of the worst experiences I've had with an electrical company. They charged $39 to come out and give us an OUTRAGEOUS bid of $1100 for a minor job in our back yard. The other electrical bid we got was $500 (and this bid included additional work inside the house.) WHAT A RIP OFF!

On 1/19/16 we had the repairman from George Brazil come to check out a electrical outlet, that was not working...

Barry B[redacted] the electrician that came told us the worst price would be thousands of dollars to fix, the outlet that had burned out...

He was here less than a hour, replaced the socket, and said he was able to pull extra wire to splice new wire into the socket, that has burned.

The bill was $498.19..... But after he left we noticed that when we tried to pull out a plug from then socket, the whole socket moved out...

We were goinging to have someone come to install a new line into our circuit outside. We were not going to call George Brazil back do to prices, and shoddy work done.

The new electrician we called to have a new line installed into the circuit, finished and we asked him to check the wall electrical socket that moved when removing a plug... He redid the entire electrical box, socket, fastened it to the block wall, and put on the face plate, and now it is solid, does not move when removing a plug!!! Cost was a extra $40.00 !!!!!! This small contractor put in three lines, three new boxes, ran conduit pipe, and total cost including the $40.00 was only $757.00. ... He was here four hours, did excellent job, did not price gouge us like George Barzil Company!!!!

Excellent - Ernesto did a terrific job

I only had to call once to get help for my small electrical issue at home, from the person who answered the phone and the person to follow up the request, all the way to the electrician who came over to fix my problem were absolutely outstanding. I recommend this company anytime anywhere.

Ernesto was my repairman and he was very polite and helpful to fix my problem. I would recommend him to anyone to fix a plumbing problem. A one repairman.
