[redacted]. was here to repair our kitchen light fixture. He realized that one of the ballasts in the fixture had blown and that we needed a new one. Due to the age of the fixtures we agreed to replace both, which he did after figuring out that the new units needed to be installed slightly different due to the age of the fixture. He completed the installation quickly all while exhibiting a pleasant and friendly manner. He also completed the safety inspection and informed us of any concerns. We were very pleased with out initial experience with George Brazil and plan to use their service in the future. [redacted]

[redacted], was very pleasant to deal with he immediately addressed my problem and resolved it in less than 5 minutes. He then explained in detail the various service contracts that I could avail myself of for any future electrical or plumbing problems.

[redacted] did a great job. he was professional, courteous, considerate & friendly. his obvious experience allowed him to diagnose my electrical problem quickly, saving us both time & me money.

He arrived on time, was very professional, courteous, friendly, answered all of our questions, talked with us about what we wanted done and made suggestions for our benefit. He did part of the work while he was there and then did all that was needed to be done in order for him to be the one to come back in compliance with our schedule to finish the job. He worked efficiently and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. He did a great job.

Call anyone but George Brazil for plumbing service. While they claim not to charge overtime rates, what they don't tell you when you call is that they do not charge on an hourly basis. They came out this morning and wanted $322 to install a kitchen sink faucette that after they left took me about half an hour to install- and I don't do pluming for a living! They also wanted about $300 to re-install my garbage disposal which took me another hour or so to do myself. They are charging about $200 to $300 an hour explaining why they needn't charge premiums for weekends and evenings. GEORGE BRAZIL IS A RIP OFF. Forget the cute little uniforms they wear and the slippers they put on when they come into their home. Its just part of their act or gimmick. Call a real plumber that will give you an honest estimate based on the actual time and parts that will be involved in your job!

I found Barry who works for George Brazil very thorough and resolved all of my issues in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to refer others to George Brazil.

Ted was on time and friendly. He performed the maintenance inspection on our plumbing and tested the water pressure as per the agreement. He wasn't able to answer all our questions about some concerns and lacked a little bit of enthusiasm regarding the additional questions. Otherwise, overall it was a good experience and we feel George Brazil is a good company.

We had George Brazil come to our home to give us a quote on our water heater. He left the quote with us while we shopped around for other bids. We received 2 follow up phone calls from Brazil asking if we had made a decision. The 2nd call is what I was VERY upset about. The caller stated something like "Don't buy from Home Depot because after the warranty expires it will be up to me to remove the water heater myself and take it back there to have it repaired." I called Home Depot that guaranteed that does NOT happen. Wow, needless to say I lost all respect to this company for lying! Shame on them. Very sad way to run a business.

Tony from George Brazil electrical and plumbing came out to evaluate an electrical problem. He assessed the problem, told me what it was, and then he told me the cost.

He was very professional and courteous. He finished the job quickly.

I would definitely recommend George Brazil, especially Tony, any day.

We were able to get an appointment quickly, the technician was here when specified, he looked at what we needed to have done, he explained everything to us, we completed the paperwork; the technician went to work, took care of business, went over everything with us again, left no mess, and was done in good time. We were very pleased with the friendly, professional way we were treated on the phone and in person by the technician. We will call George Brazil again to have electrical or plumbing work done.

They show up on time and fix the problem quickly. Always pleasant and make sure that you understand how to use whatever they have done for you. I have used them for years and they have never failed me.

Technician arrived as scheduled, produced proper ID, was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. Performed exactly what we wanted and left the premises in better condition than he found it.

On 2/4/16 I contacted George Brazil regarding two plumbing issues. They set an appointment for 2/6/16. The plumber Adam G. arrived on time, listened to my plumbing issues, provided a quote for the service and professional completed the job. The cost for the job seems high, however, I have used George Brazil before and that always seem to do an excellent job.

We were very pleased with the service we received from the George Brazil technician, Tony V. He explained all of our options and was very knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. We appreciated the prompt attention to our problem. I would not hesitate to use George Brazil again or to recommend them to family and friends. Very happy customer!

Kudos and thanks to Tim Schadel with George Brazil for his excellent customer service, product knowledge and enthusiasm for his work and his company. The Flow Tech water system he recommended and installed is wonderful! His upselling was based on our use and need, not any desire for commission. We do all our business (A/C, heating, plumbing, electrical) with George Brazil. This company and all its employees are the best.
