My thanks to George Brazil plumber Darrel R in Phoenix, AZ. Provided me an estimate for sewer pipe repair & held to it. Ran into unexpected electrical issue. Called someone from Gearge Brazil electrical division to correct problem before continuing to find & repair cracked sewer pipe. Caused him to work extra hours. Worked from 8 AM till 7 PM. Was determined to finish the repair in one day in near 100 degree heat despite the unexpected electrical wire problem. A good man to represent George Brazil for positive satisfaction. The company is a very reputable company & we are Platinum members & all the techs that came in the past have been excellent except this last plumbing tech named [redacted]. He was disrespectful to my husband & myself, came an hour late after calling us & telling us he would be right over. He had a major problem answering any questions, after he was ready to write up the job he abruptly pulled out my kitchen chair scraping it on my tile floor, slammed his paperwork down on my table, really displayed a child's tantrum who hates his job & has no people skills. Spoke to us so nastily that we requested that the company NEVER send this person back to our home ever again. Other than the horrible display this [redacted]. displayed, we never were disappointed with the other employees.

We had chirping smoke alarms and chose George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical Services, based on ads (TV and newspaper) and seeing their trucks in our neighborhood. Technician Barry was assigned to us and we were kept informed of the time he would be at our home. Within a few hours, Barry was there and checked out everything and recommended the course of action. We found Barry to be very professional, knowledgeable, and just plain nice. New alarms were installed and no more chirping!! We highly recommend this company for the services they provide.

Today we had Tom M. from George Brazil Plumbing out to replace our 10 yr old water heater. Tom arrived 1/2 hour into the 4 hour time frame set up and we were absolutely amazed at the quick arrival. Tom was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. He installed the new water heater and all that goes with it, checked pipes and all the bathrooms fixtures. We purchased a warranty and Tom explained all that it entailed. We have used George Brazil Heating and Air for years and are just as impressed with the Plumbing as we are with the HVAC. We also purchased an Electrical checkup with them. We love George Brazil!

Barry, with George Brazil, came to do some electrical work that needed doing after an inspection was done for the sale of our home. Barry was on time, and I found him to be very personable. He listened to my concerns intently and explained why the repairs needed to be done. There were a couple simple fixes that only took two minutes so Barry was happy to fix those at no charge. This meant a lot to me because it helped me to trust that Barry wouldn't charge me for repairs that weren't necessary. He worked quickly and showed me his work when he finished to make sure I was happy with the job he did. I will have Barry back whenever I need electrical work done at my home. Thanks Barry!

Raul was the saving grace for continuing the work on my home. I had a horrible experience via telephone with his supervisor, and actually called two other companies for quotes. Raul was persistent on his end going out of his way to get [redacted] on board. Raul kept me in the know each step of the way during this lengthy process.
