George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical Services

We needed a new water heater. We called George Brazil and they sent out Tom. He was courteous, competent and made sure all debris was cleaned up. Everybody that I spoke to that day were efficient, courteous and friendly. I would surely recommend them.

We have had 2 opportunities to use George Brazil and were very pleased with how professional and courteous they were. We had a new air conditioner and heater installed earlier this year. Then this week we had a plumber from there out to repair our toilet. They both went over the work they were going to do, cost of the job, and explained everything. In the new air conditioning they checked out our duct work and even fixed a problem with no extra charge.

Ernesto arrived to my house right on time, was very friendly, and finished the job within minutes. He even took the time to explain what he did, answered my questions and well as give me tips for what else to look for. I would definitely recommend George Brazil and Ernesto to others.

Joe and Raul replaced our water heater earlier this month. They were both very professional and helpful throughout the process. We highly recommend them.

He analyzed everything, and then told me what he would do. He had a lot of patience, and figured out what the problem was. He had to set up a schedule for the next day , to get the equipment , and do a major repair. He explained everything to me, at a laymen's level. Saturday he will be back for the repair. The plumber did a very good job.

The electricity was completely out in our building. We are a non-profit school and could not function. Gabe went out of his way to order parts as soon as possible and get the project completed as quickly as possible.

An [redacted] Heater installed three weeks ago failed. As part of their one year guarantee George Brazil Plumbing sent out Ernesto to correct the problem. The failure was caused by a defective part and not by the original plumber Zack R[redacted] who installed the replacement water heater. All work done by both Zack originally and later by Ernesto was done in a professional manner. I would recommend both guys to anyone needing a good plumber.

Not knowing any electrical service companies I relied on a Google search and Revdex.com reviews of this company. I was not disappointed. The service tech "Raul" was well qualified to troubleshoot and repair an electrical problem in my house that was blowing a circuit breaker. He and his assistant "Jason" were professional and courteous, quickly getting to the problem and fixing it. I would not only call them again if needed, I would recommend them to friends and family. I am also impressed with the lengths the company goes to give you information - a call and email when tech is coming, a picture of who to expect AND a link to reviews of this person !!

Really a great experience. The entire electrical was out at my house - it was the main breaker. (Yes, I knew this before I called them). As the other circuit breakers were very old and this is a rental, I went ahead and replaced them as well in order to avoid further issues for the Tenant. Gabriel was very nice and very professional. All work was done in a timely manner. The response time was great too! Would definitely use them again!

This company is so easy to work with and so responsive to the customer's needs. The technicians are pleasant and knowledgeable about their jobs. I have had them out on three separate occasions for various problems, all responded to within 24 hours and effectively resolved.

Cole was our service technician. He was professional and thorough and explained everything that needed to be repaired in layman's terms. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends . The job was done in a timely fashion and he provided us with a quote right away on another project we are considering doing .

Zack was up front on all issues. He was very professional, clean, well spoken, kept the work area clean. He was very quick & preformed his task in a very efficient manner.

Very professional. Explained everything and incredibly helpful. They were so sweet. I asked if they could help me put a shelf back up that had fallen down. It turned out to be more complicated then just lifting it back up as the brackets were faulty and they just went ahead and repaired the brackets. Wow!
