George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical Services

While I have not yet had any work done by George Brazil I have met with a couple of their people for estimates on work I need to have done. I am super impressed with the both Mark B (electrician) and Cole (plumber) and the knowledge they bring to the table. They helped us understand exactly what we need done, and how their company will provide us the best service. I am convinced.

Some may think it is a bit early to be singing their praises but the truth is that after dealing with so many companies that are slow to respond or whose technicians don’t seem to be able or willing to really explain the work they will be performing, it was a breath of fresh air to work with these guys.

I can always provide a new review once the work is done :)

Joe L[redacted] from George Brazil plumbing was my tech and did an outstanding job! He was very neat and clean, he replace our main line valve and water pressure unit. He explained everything to me and was very professional. His customer service was top notch!

Mark B. Provided excellent customer service. Very thorough and knowledgeable.

[redacted] was totally professional from the moment he arrived at the door with his door mat until the job was completed and cleaned up. He was friendly as well and went the extra mile to make sure the problem was properly repaired.

I have been in customer service for many years with global companies where customer service has continually been of utmost importance and always expected! Unfortunately, too many companies have sacrificed these requirements. My experience with George Brazil’s company completely restored my confidence in great employees who cared about their customers.
I recently needed some electrical service work completed and contacted George Brazil. [redacted] was assigned to assist me with the issue and I could not have been more pleased! What an absolute delight to work with [redacted]! He was so friendly, confident, enthusiastic, and his knowledge was impeccable. He spoke so highly of the company he works for, he was an excellent listener, accountable, responsible, polite and courteous, and was patient in explaining everything that needed to do be done. He left “no stone unturned,” completely cleaning up everything when he finished and reviewing everything he had done with me, even after staying late to complete the installation.

I want to commend [redacted] from your company who was [redacted]’s excellent secondary resource. [redacted] introduced [redacted] and immediately we were pleased with his politeness, courtesy, and happy demeanor. He always had a smile on his face. He was very thorough and also explained things well. Even when he did some rework on a ceiling fan, he remained calm and did his job with patience and professionalism. He was going out of town the next day but willingly worked late to ensure our installation was completed that day without any complaint. He was easy to talk with, worked efficiently and quickly, and was a pleasure to have in our home.

Had [redacted] out today to replace all our smoke detectors. Second time he has been to our home for work and both times he handled everything in a through and professional manner.
We are now platinum member in electrical and plumbing and [redacted] has been the face for George Brazil.
We are very happy with their/his service

I noticed my water heater was leaking at around 8:30 am this morning and by noon I had a new water heater and a complete review of my home plumbing. [redacted] was really professional and briefed me on my options and did a spectacular job. Plus he gave me several valuable tips on how to maintain my plumbing. I am still in shock that all was accomplished in such a short time. Plus it was such a great price. Thank you [redacted] and George Brazil!

This is my first time working with George Brazil. It was a top not h experience. [redacted] worked with me an installed a chandelier. He was kind, courteous, polite, used booties, and went Bove and beyond the call of duty to do the job correctly and repair the error that mister Electric did. He was on time and actually came hours ahead of time, only after someone called to ask if that was okay, which I preferred. I will be a repeat customer with George Brazil. He did a great job!!! Thank you.

[redacted] was very nice and made sure everything was kept clean as he did his work. He even put on some booties to prevent tracking dirt throughout the house.
Above all, the work suggested and completed was beyond my expectations. The cost was higher than I thought it might be, however the price does include another electrical inspection about a year from now and the items worked on are like new, if not a little bit better than new (better components than originally installed.)

I also talked with my technician about the job that he had done for the [redacted] and asked manyquestions which proved that we need to give our technician some follow up...

training on “upfront” pricing. When I called Mr. [redacted] I explained that I would be giving him back $100 No questions asked. I also stated that we would be counseling our technician and in no way this was our regular practice. I talked with Mr. [redacted] about the training that we obviously failed to give to our tech and that we take this very serious. RE: Electrical Review of John E.

Well, Gabe has been doing our electrical work since the beginning, but is out of work with a serious injury. So John E. performed our semi-annual inspection. As a retired architect of large scale buildings I was very impressed with John's knowledge and ability to communicate with both my wife and myself. The inspection was comprehensive and the work performed excellent.

Tony V. did an excellent job in analyzing and repairing a recent electrical issue at our home. His was extremely professional and very courteous. We would recommend this company and Tony V. to anyone.

Technician Scottin McCabe on time and extremely knowledgeable. Explain in detail and work ethic is exceptional. I am very satisfied with the work perform on my home, and would highly recommend.

Good coordination between team members. Team readily accepted reasonable suggestions. Team was courteous. Team very expert in issues they encountered.

We had a good experience with George Brazil Plumbing. Adam was efficient, very pleasant, and careful.

The electrician, Barry, that was assigned to provide service was great. He arrived timely and like all of their service people, came with foot covers and in uniform. He handed me his card at the door and introduced himself. He was polite and explained the process of observing and diagnosing the problem. He was never impatient and made sure I understood what the process would be to fix it.

I would recommend George Brazil. The electrician, Tony V, was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. Those are the key words to describe Kevin's service. He was polite, patient, informative, honest and pleasant. I learned a great deal from Kevin and he resolved all of my questions and concerns. I will look forward to his service again in the future whether it be a repair or yearly inspection.
