[redacted] was on time and very professional throughout the service visit. When it was determined that the breaker panel should be replaced he got right on it and installed it that day. His years of experience as an electrician really showed in the final result. The panel look and works great. This was my first time using George Brazil and would again, In fact I already am as I will be using them to check my Air conditioning.

[redacted] was on time, very friendly and competent. He answered all my questions with a thorough explanation, did a professional job and cleaned up after himself. A job well done!!

An [redacted] Heater installed three weeks ago failed. As part of their one year guarantee George Brazil Plumbing sent out Ernesto to correct the problem. The failure was caused by a defective part and not by the original plumber Zack R[redacted] who installed the replacement water heater. All work done by both Zack originally and later by Ernesto was done in a professional manner. I would recommend both guys to anyone needing a good plumber.

Mark B. is very personable and professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done, explained what he needed to do and accomplished the job well. He informed us that a previous estimate was not an appropriate way to do the work needed and could be dangerous in the long run. We will recommend George Brazil in the future and will definitely use them and Mark B. in the future.

My 83 year old mother had a leaky shower and requested service from George Brazil Plumbers. She was charged almost $800 to do a less than $100 job. She was also told she needed 2 new toilets to correct a leak in 1 of them. At theat time she was quoted $600 to do the toliet work. She was told the leak was caused because the water line was too low and the bolts were rusted. She paid for and had the shower work done beacuse she thought it was a necessity but wanted to wait on the toliet replacement. A family friend with no plumbing experience fixed the toliet problem with a $13 part and the issue was solved.

It is a very sad day when a reputable referral service (to fix it)would have someone so unscrupulous as to rip off an 83 year old woman.

On 8/19/14 I had this company fix a leaking toilet. It was a simple fix using a part that can be purchased for $12 at any hardware store. It took the repairman only a half hour to fix the problem. The bill was $388.46 WITH a discount! The repairman knew it was high as he said, "don't kill the messenger! I realize companies can charge whatever they want but this, I feel, is extremely excessive and I want everyone to know and use different company for repairs!

[redacted] did another OUTSTANDING job. This is the second time he has helped us out and just like last time - GREAT work, cleans up his job site after he is finished. He made sure both my wife and I understood what he had done and how to use the new shutoff valves.

[redacted] our electrician was extremely polite, knowledgeable and explained everything very well. He was a pleasure to work with.

[redacted] did a nice job installing a new GFI outlet in my garage as I needed one close to the water heater as I am thinking of installing a re-circulating pump. The job was done quickly and professionally.

As a long term customer of Brazil, today's service was another in which it was professional and courteous. The service tech did not rush through and took the time to explain what was needed and why; and did not try to sell needless items. Felt genuine concern that we stay compliant to safety codes.
