The George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical Services office staff responded quickly to my electrical problem with a smoke alarm. The electrician was at my house within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the alarm. Since it was time for my annual inspection, he suggested he perform it today.

He was courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Barry B. was very professional, on time, thorough in his diagnosis of the "strangest" problem ever. As a result of having just purchased our home, where electrical issues were addressed prior to close of escrow, and, this particular problem was supposed to be addressed/corrected and wasn't.

What we experienced was where the switch for the ceiling light in the garage was in control of us being able to open and close the garage door, either with the wall closer/opener or with the garage door remote. If the ceiling light was on, the garage door could not be opened or closed.

The fix was a very simple case of installing the correct switch for the ceiling light. Instead of a 3-way switch, Barry installed a normal 2-way switch. Geeee, problem solved.

Interesting this problem couldn't have been done by the electrical doing the work prior to escrow close. And, no the use of the 3-way switch as NOT installed as a "safety measure" as all contended.

Thank you Barry B. and the George Brazil Team for taking the "common sense" approach to fixing this craziness.

He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous while doing his inspection
of all my fixtures. He drained my hot water heater and showed me all the calcium
deposits that had come out and explained to me the problems with the hard water we
have here. After all his information, I purchased the Flow-Tech Inline Water System.

The service was professional and knowledgeable. They arrived as scheduled and did a very good job, in a reasonable rate of time. The serviceman, Ernesto J[redacted] was courteous and helpful.

Arrived on time and Installation work of water heater was very clean.

George Brazil was punctual and professional. The technician was great, explained things very well and gave me my options. It was still quite expensive, but their service was very good and I would definitely recommend them.

Warning to other potential customer not to call George Brazil. I had service on my Air conditioning unit and was provided grim news about the condition of my 2005 unit. I started calling and sending inquiries to HVAC companies to understand my best option, either repair or replace. I place a call with George Brazil's answering service and explained my need and asked for someone call me back. I the service a Monday call back was fine since my air conditioning unit is working. About a half hour later a person on call with George Brazil called me and I explained that I have a working unit, but want to get a quote to replace my compressor or potentially purchase a new unit depending on the cost. I explained that I have a home warranty the seller provided in the sale of the house and I did not want to use the home warranty when the system went down and preferred to pay for the replacement of the compressor before it went out or buy a new unit based on the cost to repair. The on call service representative told me George Brazil does not work on or sell air conditioning units to homes with home warranties. I asked the guy so you are turning down potential business because my home has a home warranty and he said yes. Don't waste your time in calling this company!

My experience with George Brazil in the last few years has alway been good. Most recently we had them conduct an annual AC p.m. service. The tech, [redacted]. gave my wife and I so much information that we can use to help save on our monthly electric bill.

She was very informative with pics of our a.c.unit that she took will on the roof. This helped us better understand what problems she found. I was very impressed with her taking the time to make sure we understood the different choices that her company offers to fix existing problems, and any problems that may come about in the future.

We have resolved our disagreement and thank you and the people at George Brazil for working out our disagreement.
