I had used George Brazil previously with complete satisfaction so when an outdoor GFI socket needed to be checked, George Brazil was the only company I even considered calling. A live person answers the phone (which is a novelty these days). Scheduling is fast and they aim to have someone at your house when it's convenient for you (I needed a Saturday - no extra charge). From the time of Anees' timely arrival, he was courteous, pleasant, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He not only checked the issue I had called about, but also checked every outlet, switch, socket, breaker, and smoke alarm in my home. He explained everything in terms I could understand. After checking the entire house, he gave me several options from just addressing the initial concern (outdoor GFI) to doing a complete circuit restoration to replacing smoke alarms with ones that actually work. At no time did I feel pressured to have additional work done over and above the GFI. Anees is truly an asset to George Brazil. Because of him, I am now a proud Platinum Electrical and Plumbing member. I will never call any company other than George Brazil for my plumbing and electrical needs.

Tim S[redacted]l, from the plumbing service of George Brazil Plumbing and Electrical, was highly informative and thorough concerning the issue we were having with our guest bathroom toilet. He took the least evasive action to determine the cause which was the root system of a tree that had entered the pipes and created a web of roots that had plugged the toilet. He gave me excellent advice for future service that will be conducted when my husband returns from his business trip. Also, Anees S[redacted], from the electrical service provided his usual excellent service as he completed our electrical yearly survey of our Arizona home. He makes sure that we are safe!

From the courtesy of the woman who answered our call, to the technician, we had excellent service. An approximate arrival time was given & a call before Tony showed up. Problem was diagnosed and we were given a brief explanation and education (with photos) regarding our problem. Our questions were answered. We were given estimate with time to discuss various payment options they have. Work was accepted and done in timely manner. Tony was personable and checked all outlets in the end. We are very satisfied with this young man & the company.

Easter Sunday and I encountered an electrical problem. Raul V[redacted] was sent out and I was so impressed with his knowledge and personality. I'm an elderly woman and handicapped and he was very respectful and friendly. He fixed the problem, checked out everything with my electrical system and advised me of what needed to be done to update and upgrade. I can't do it at this time, but when I can I will definitely ask for Raul to be my serviceman.

In the past two days we have had Ernesto J[redacted] in our home for a repair and then to install a new water softener. Ernesto was very professional, answered all of our questions and was not in a hurry to finish our projects and move on.

Neat and showed very exclamatory customer service skills.

Excellent service in addressing a hot water issue that other plumbing companies were unable to fix.

Scottin and Adam were the two George Brazil professional plumbers who worked at our house to discover and repair a slab-leak. They did an excellent job!! Thank you so much!!

Review: Plumber was called to fix the wax ring on a leaky toilet. Cost to be $425 to remove and replace the toilet and also to auger the drain line to ensure there were no blockages.

They did an auger first without removing the toilet to clear drain line first, but toilet would still need to be removed for the original reason they were called so the price should have only been $425.

They ended up charging me $200 for the initial drain check, and then tried to add on the additional $425 to fix the wax ring that was the cause of the leak and the reason they were there.

Plumber left without fixing the leak.Desired Settlement: Come back and reseat the toilet to fix the leak.

Ernesto was right on time, well-mannered, and courteous, He knew what to do and how to do it. Finished right about when I figured, also.

Bryan arrived at our home a little before the scheduled time - a major benefit. He was extremely personal and professional. He not only completed the requested work he also did a home inspection and did some "minor" repairs. He explained everything that he was going to do before he did it. He cleaned up the work areas when he had completed the tasks. We enjoyed having Bryan and will request him when we need plumbing work in the future. He represented his company very well.

Cole was our service technician. He was professional and thorough and explained everything that needed to be repaired in layman's terms. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends . The job was done in a timely fashion and he provided us with a quote right away on another project we are considering doing .

We were very impressed with the work done by electricians Mark and Isaiah. They worked very hard, explained what they were doing in terms we could understand and were very professional. We highly recommend this company.

The technician was very helpful. She arrived near the beginning of the designated time frame, took great pains to avoid bringing dirt into the house, explained everything clearly, included all my member discounts, and answered all my questions even coming back when I went out to the truck to ask one more thing. Every service visit I have had from George Brazil has been very satisfactory.
