I would like to take this opportunity to say how pleased both my wife and I am with the George Brazil Service again. I came home (at 3:00PM) to a flooding house because a bathroom sink hose broke. I called George Brazil and they said they couldn't get out until possibly 7:00PM. Then 20 minutes later they called and said someone was one their way and they should be there in 30 minutes. 25 minutes later the truck pulled up.
The Service Pro was Greg G[redacted] and I was extremely impressed right from the start.
He actually listened to what I said happened and asked if he could come and go or if he needed to knock. I said you can do what you need to do. First thing he checked the problem and identified the actual failure. He gave me a cost for the service and said he would take care of everything from that point on.
Greg was exceedingly professional and very good at what he did, he was done before I knew it. Then he asked me to come and check it out the repairs to make sure my wife and I were satisfied.
Finally I would like to say I always appreciate the Service Personnel that have come out from George Brazil, they are good, professional and trustworthy. However I really
thought Greg G[redacted] knocked it out of the park.

Second time using George Brazil. First time was for an electrician and this time was for a plumber. As always, great work and very professional. Good people all around. I even purchased the wrong size toilet and had to return it and get a proper size, and [redacted]he Plumber said he would wait. They have clear prices, no surprises. On time all the time. The office calls when the tech is on his/her way. I won't use anybody else.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

George Brazil came to my home to do an annual inspection of my electrical system. John H. conducted an extensive inspection and it was all fine, no problems. John was very helpful and personable, he fixed a light in my kitchen that I was having a problem with. He related the issue to his supervisor and came back with an acceptable price. I am very satisfied with the service at this time and would recommend them for electrical work.

Zack is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He answered all my questions and explained a lot of things I didn't understand before. Once again I thank George Brazil Services for solving the problems with my home plumbing.

Raul V., an employee from George Brazil, replaced the breakers in our electrical box. He arrived promptly, was friendly and knowledgeable, and did a great job!

My husband and I have used George Brazil for a recent plumbing situation at my daughters' new condo which she was just moving into. The service person was prompt and thorough and resolved the problem with ease. We also used this company approx. 1 year ago. We were about to leave on vacation and discovered our hot water heater was leaking. This was on a Friday afternoon, and within 1 hour the technician was here,had a new water heater being delivered by a fellow tech. This was a gas water heater and he had it installed in a very short time. We cannot say enough good about this company. We will use them again.

Fernando did an excellent job and kept us informed about what he was doing the entire time.

Mark, my electrician was courteous and well skilled. He did not mind teaching me what he was doing and answering my dumb questions along the way.

I am taking time out of my busy schedule to write a review for the gentleman that did the electrical work on my home,Mr. R. V[redacted]. Mr. V[redacted] was outstanding correcting my electrical issues I had and also found a problem with my outside lighting repairing that problem also. Mr. V[redacted] was on time, polite, courteous and explained everything to me in a way I could understand it. I highly recommend George Brazil Plumbing and Electrical Services

The somewhat emergency service call was last Saturday when we returned home to find that our water filtration system in our Garage was leaking water. One hour later Tom M with George Brazil arrived and immediately identified the issue and fixed the elbow that was leaking!

Tom M came to install a new water softener and Flow-Tech system today and I was extremely impressed with the level of service we received. He was very professional and personable. This is the first time we have used George Brazil and Tom certainly made a lasting impression.

I had used George Brazil previously with complete satisfaction so when an outdoor GFI socket needed to be checked, George Brazil was the only company I even considered calling. A live person answers the phone (which is a novelty these days). Scheduling is fast and they aim to have someone at your house when it's convenient for you (I needed a Saturday - no extra charge). From the time of Anees' timely arrival, he was courteous, pleasant, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He not only checked the issue I had called about, but also checked every outlet, switch, socket, breaker, and smoke alarm in my home. He explained everything in terms I could understand. After checking the entire house, he gave me several options from just addressing the initial concern (outdoor GFI) to doing a complete circuit restoration to replacing smoke alarms with ones that actually work. At no time did I feel pressured to have additional work done over and above the GFI. Anees is truly an asset to George Brazil. Because of him, I am now a proud Platinum Electrical and Plumbing member. I will never call any company other than George Brazil for my plumbing and electrical needs.

Fernando O. installed a new 50 gal. water heater purchased from George Brazil, and he also installed a water softner I purchased elsewhere. His installation knowledge and skills were exceptional. Upon completion, his clean-up tasks were impressive. Working in the extreme heat in the garage did not deter his effort. He provided great suggestions for the routine maintenance of both appliances. I am not disappointed that the cost was slightly over my budget; the additional amount was worth the excellent customer service and professionalism.

Received excellent service from the very first phone call to the replacement of the outdoor valve on my water supply. Ernesto was professional and explained exactly what he was going to do. When finished, he showed me what he had done and asked if needed any additional information. I was very satisfied with the service. Also appreciated the phone call from office staff telling me Ernesto was on his way and the follow up emails.
