Starting with the [redacted] (Customer Service Rep) who field the call initially and ensured that it was forwarded immediately to the dispatcher ([redacted]) who gather the information, reviewed the criteria and immediately assured us that she dispatch to the right person to resolve our emergency. [redacted]. was immediately dispatched to our residence and wasted no time assessing the situation and providing the solution. [redacted] was personable, professional and very neat.

We called George Brazil on a recommendation from a friend. Scottin arrived within a 1/2 hour determined the general location of our slap leak. He worked up a contract for repairing the leaking pipe. Scottin kept me informed on each step of the repair. Offered advise on a couple of plumbing issues that should be taken care of. We have a homeowner's warranty on our house and we found that George Brazil beat the repair cost from them. The work was done quickly and professionally. My first call next time for a plumbing problem will be George Brazil with the request to have Scottin perform the work..

The Brazil technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He inspected the water heater and was able to get it functioning in a very short period of time. He explained issues with the current water heater and its location and promptly submitted an estimate for replacement of the current unit.

The technician finally helped us figure out what was wrong with our electricity in our rooms that kept causing the breaker to flip.

This is the second year in a row we've had Mark do our yearly electrical inspection. He has been prompt friendly and professional. He's proud of the company he works for and it shows. Wish all service people had his attitude.

Technician sent was Mr. Cole T. Young man was very knowledgeable, courteous and affable. Started work at 1620 and ended a 2030 all by himself as no one else was sent to assist him. Did an excellent work and was very clear in all his explanations of job performance and costs. Definitely a pleasure to deal with and an excellent company representative. Kudos!

Mark B. is very personable and professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done, explained what he needed to do and accomplished the job well. He informed us that a previous estimate was not an appropriate way to do the work needed and could be dangerous in the long run.
