Tony was extremely competent, offered alternatives; loved the charts with pricing for each type of work. Never felt rushed or like he had to hurry to next job. Very positive about the company and obviously loved his job.

I had a very satisfying experience with the electrical tech that George Brazil Electrical

sent out by the name of Gabriel S. He was very knowledgeable and was able to find my problem very quickly and explained everything as he went along so as to assure me that I would be well taken care of. He was polite and well mannered and I would be happy to do business with George Brazil in the future.

Mark was called to service a potential problem with an electrical junction box that supplied power to our backyard pond. He quickly diagnosed the problem as coming from our pond circulating pump and provided a temporary workaround until we could contact our pond service and schedule a pump replacement. Mark was very professional and extremely helpful. This was our first experience with George Brazil and we were very happy with their service and the quality of their service technician.

Barry went above and beyond to complete the replacement of panel and breakers. Throughout the day the area had strong winds, rain and power outages. Everything and everybody was delayed due to the weather and computers going down. He stayed later than was expected, made multiple calls to get the power back on same day and kept us updated through the day. Most technicians would have wanted to complete the next day, but Barry was insistent on taking care of us and doing a GRADE A job. I did encounter problems with other areas, but they did not involve Barry. The only way I would use this company again for any work would be to deal with Barry ONLY! Management proved impossible to work with.

I truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication to getting the requested and recommended work completed. Anees S[redacted] was at my home approx. 6 hours completing various tasks. In addition, he replaced 2 kitchen florescent light fixtures with 1 which he mounted in the reverse direction to allow maximum light. This saved money and I couldn't be happier with this and all the work performed. With the combination of the requested and recommended work he also initiated contact with his supervisor to allow further discounts which enabled me to have all the work completed at once. I have used George Brazil Services for years and always pleased with the work performed.

I had an electrical problem. Mark B not only solved the problem but also discussed the issue with me in a way I could understand what happened. I was concerned that the issue had caused damage to wiring elsewhere in my house, but he explained why that was not the case.
