[redacted] completed several plumbing items for us. He is very professional. His plumbing knowledge is excellent. He is neat when he works.

Gabriel S. was very professional and knowledgeable in finding GFCI outlet in my garage which was hidden and needed to be reset. That saved a lot of time in fixing my problem with my outside outlets.

We had to replace our electrical panel in the heat of August. Not only were George Brazil's prices very fair, but the work was completed in a timely manner. Before leaving, our technician Raul went over each breaker, labeled them, checked and double checked every outlet and switch in the house and made it a point to give me his cell phone in case there was ever a problem. He went above and beyond before, during and after the process to explain everything. It made us feel like we were being educated about the services and not ripped off. I was so impressed, I already referred him to my neighbor.

The technician, Raul, was very knowledgeable. He offered various ways to complete the project. His work ethic is commendable. If I have any other electrical problems I will ask for him specifically.

Had issues with heating unit. The tech suggested calling an electrician. Mark B did a fantastic job. Replaced burnt breakers and buss bar. Called in am and job was completed within 3 hours

I needed an electrical outlet moved. I had used George Brazil for plumbing and had always been happy with the service and the results, so, I thought I would try George Brazil electrical.
The service technician who came out was Anees. Anees gave me a bid for the moving of the outlet, but also discussed other services George Brazil could provide. In particular, since the house was built in 1983, a check of the breaker box was in order. I thought this was a good idea too.
Anees ended up providing all new breakers in the breaker box, including the 200 amp main breaker; also added was a "whole house" surge protector.
Additionally, Anees discussed with me, annual service contracts for both electrical and plumbing; where, George Brazil comes to the house and checks all of the electrical and plumbing. The price, I thought, was extremely reasonable (i purchased the "lifetime" program, again, very reasonable.
So, I feel so good about this. annual checkups for life, all of my electronics and appliances are protected, both really protected and insured, against loss, with the surge protector. And, if anything is happening with my plumbing and electric, I will be able to head it off, with preventive maintenance, instead of insanely expensive, after the fact cost of problems that go unaddressed.
And, Anees? He's incredibly competent and a genuinely nice guy. He just talked with me about the facts and I feel I purchased what I wanted, what I needed and nothing more and nothing less . . .

Raul was very professional but friendly as well. He explained every aspect of the job to us. Raul gave us safety guide lines and tips for saving electricity. He completed the jobs in a timely manner, did a great job and cleaned his work area before he left. We were comfortable with Raul and pleased overall.

This company is so easy to work with and so responsive to the customer's needs. The technicians are pleasant and knowledgeable about their jobs. I have had them out on three separate occasions for various problems, all responded to within 24 hours and effectively resolved.

They called 30 min before the service pro arrived, before that they emailed a picture of my service pro so I'd know who to expect . A great safety measure .

Tom arrived on time , put booties on and red carpet down on my front step ! He was friendly and got right to work . He right away knew what my problem was , fixed it within 45 min and was done ! Very efficient young man ! I've used George Brazil in the past and recommended them to friends .

Great experience with this company, The biggest reason for this positive experience is Mark B. He is truly an asset to George Brazil. Very knowledgeable and customer service centric.

On 1/28, 2016 I had an electrical issue at my Home in Glendale, AZ. Called Brazil and spoke with a lady names Crystal and she was most helpful and sympathetic to my plight. She scheduled a technician and told me the individual would be in between 10 and 2pm. I was required to go to class and my wife was called and said the tech would arrive soon. Mark showed up at about 9AM and was very professional and knew what he was doing. He called SRP after ascertaining it was a service issue rather than a residential issue. The SRP tech arrived before Mark had left the premises. A service crew was required, they arrived shortly after noon and the job was completed by 130 PM. My congratulations to both Crystal, Mark and the [redacted] personnel involved in resolving this issue with minimal delay.

Prompt, courteous service. Expect to be offered multiple estimates in an attempt to "up" sell you service contracts. Work done, however, is certainly professional, and you do not have to purchase extras.

Since moving to Arizona three years ago, we have hired George Brazil to take care of our HVAC, plumbing and electrical needs. The service people and office staff are all professional and have left us feeling confident that our home is in good working order. We plan to continue hiring them.
