This is our first experience with GB. Our repair man was Mark. Very professional, knowledgeable, explained everything, got right down to finding the problem and repairing it. Excellent service.

Review: Of a $834.85 total bill for maintaining and upgrading my water heater on 3-24-14, a $380 amount was included for a "Platinum (lifetime)Membership" that I erroneously agreed to after the completion of the water heater work of $413.81 plus $41.04 tax equaling $454.85. I called the next day (3-25-14) and again today (3-26-14) and stated that I erroneously agreed to that lifetime membership when, in fact, we did not need a lifetime membership as a couple in our 70's. The $454.85 amount was given to me prior to the commencement of the work, and now I am told that they will credit me the $380 but I need to pay $109 more for the work done even though the $413.81 plus tax was the price quoted to me before I agreed to be a member, with the understanding that I may consider being a member in the future.Desired Settlement: George Brazil Plumbing needs to bill me the $413.81 plus tax that was quoted to me before any work was performed and when I initially stated that I do not want to be a member but I may consider it in the future.

Service was great, have used them multiple times.

I discovered a drip under the toilet in one of my bathrooms. [redacted] was able to diagnose the problem and provide a quote. While he was here he patiently answered all my questions about the work he was doing and also gave me great advice on some other plumbing related projects that I plan in the future. He was very conscientious in his work and he was careful to "work clean". I didn't notice until he was leaving that he had collected all the old plumbing hardware, which was now garbage, in a bag and was taking it away to dispose. Super professional and very nice! Explained in detail the process and answered all our questions about future repairs and upgrades. No pressure to get additional work done. [redacted] even replaced a toilet shut off valve for free. (THANK YOU!) Will definitely call again and request [redacted].

I noticed my water heater was leaking at around 8:30 am this morning and by noon I had a new water heater and a complete review of my home plumbing. [redacted] was really professional and briefed me on my options and did a spectacular job. Plus he gave me several valuable tips on how to maintain my plumbing. I am still in shock that all was accomplished in such a short time. Plus it was such a great price. Thank you [redacted] and George Brazil!

george brazil was great help, the prices are low and fair and they arrived at our home within 20 minutes. Ernesto J. was extremely kind and knowledgeable.

First time customer. Received prompt and courteous service from everyone concerned. I was especially pleased with the Electrician. Very knowledgeable, courteous and did very good work. Took plenty of time with me so I could understand, to the best of my ability, what was going on and what he was going to do. For any electrical needs I may have in the future, I will definitely call George Brazil. [redacted]

On the first trip to my house, they found out what my air conditioner needed to drain the condensation water. When I found out the water leaking problem seemed to be coming from my hot water tank in the same closet, I called them again and, a time was made for the installer to come put in a new water heater the next day. The water clean-up men did their job and said all should be dry by Monday. (today is Thursday)

They would be out then and finish the repairs. After they left, George Brazil service person showed up with the new water heater. After ti was installed, she answered any questions I had, gave me her card and said to call if there was ever any problem. All were very courteous.

George Brazil Plumbing and Electrical has provided effective service and responsiveness that is second-to-none, even for more routine issues. I highly recommend their service, and Kevin is a true professional who really cares about the quality of his work and his customers' concerns.

Adam G[redacted] of George Brazil Plumbing arrived in a timely manner and

efficiently diagnosed the problem and installed a new "Insinkerator"

disposal in a very short time. Adam was very knowledgeable and

checked everything over very thoroughly. We are very pleased with

the results!

Mark, my electrician was courteous and well skilled. He did not mind teaching me what he was doing and answering my dumb questions along the way.

Bryan W[redacted] did an outstanding job for us. He was on time, knowledgable, and very

courteous. The job was completed in a timely manner and was done to perfection.

We look forward to depending on the staff of George Brazil to help us in the future with all our needs.

Called Brazil to have a plumbing issue looked at and resolved. At no time was I told that I would need to sit by the phone waiting for the dispatcher to call and verify that "SOMEONE WAS HOME". While working outside dispatch called and left message.
When I relized that dispatch had called I was told that they could put me back on the schedule and try to get someone out soon.

[redacted] is great! He explains his findings clearly and does not push you to buy everything he recommends, concentrating on the most important problems as he sees them.

I had great service!
