I contacted George Brazil to change a faucet in my laundry room and address a problem with a hose bib on our back porch. They were very prompt in sending a plumber out to perform the services. The plumber [redacted] was extremely professional, kind and explained what needed to be done and the cost and the time it would take to do the job. He was very neat, wore booties as not to carry dirt into our home and cleaned up after himself. I inquired about other services that George Brazil offered in regard to maintaining our homes plumbing and [redacted] took the time to explain everything. Needless to say the entire experience with George Brazil from the customer service reps on the phone to [redacted] was one that I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Gabe S. came to our house when we called George Brazil for an electrical problem. He was there in a timely manner. He inspected the system and told us as the electrical box was at least 50 years old it had to be replaced to meet current code. He and his partner, Jason worked for about 11:00am until 10:15pm. The temperature was in the upper 30's that night. There was never a complaint, no corners were cut to get the job done and he was back at the job by 8:30am the next morning. They were very professional and the job looks great. Highly recommend this company. Employees are the best.

HAd an issue of a leaking hot water heater. I called Georgw Brazil and they set up an appointment within a few hours. Tim arrived and did and assessment of the situation and gave us a quote for the entire job. He was informative, polite, and thorough. At the completion of the job he replaced all of the items that needed to be relocated for installation. he even added the bag of salt that I had in my garage to my water softener. Outstanding service.

George Brazil helped me make an educated decision when I was looking to buy a house. I had limited amount of time and they came out on short notice to help me.

Fernando O. installed a new 50 gal. water heater purchased from George Brazil, and he also installed a water softner I purchased elsewhere. His installation knowledge and skills were exceptional. Upon completion, his clean-up tasks were impressive. Working in the extreme heat in the garage did not deter his effort. He provided great suggestions for the routine maintenance of both appliances. I am not disappointed that the cost was slightly over my budget; the additional amount was worth the excellent customer service and professionalism.

Mike R[redacted] came out to my home on a Saturday to replace a toilet seal. He was very courteous and professional. Did the work in short order, cleaned up afterwards, and left us very happy.

I would like to take this opportunity to say how pleased both my wife and I am with the George Brazil Service again. I came home (at 3:00PM) to a flooding house because a bathroom sink hose broke. I called George Brazil and they said they couldn't get out until possibly 7:00PM. Then 20 minutes later they called and said someone was one their way and they should be there in 30 minutes. 25 minutes later the truck pulled up.
The Service Pro was Greg G[redacted] and I was extremely impressed right from the start.
He actually listened to what I said happened and asked if he could come and go or if he needed to knock. I said you can do what you need to do. First thing he checked the problem and identified the actual failure. He gave me a cost for the service and said he would take care of everything from that point on.
Greg was exceedingly professional and very good at what he did, he was done before I knew it. Then he asked me to come and check it out the repairs to make sure my wife and I were satisfied.
Finally I would like to say I always appreciate the Service Personnel that have come out from George Brazil, they are good, professional and trustworthy. However I really
thought Greg G[redacted] knocked it out of the park.
