George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical

Had a very good experience recently with George Brazil Plumbing. Something had broken, as a puddle had formed in our front yard. DJ noticed the irrigation box (next to our house water inlet) was full of water. He could have said to call a sprinkler company and drove away, as it appeared that the problem was not due to household plumbing. Instead, he shut off the sprinkler valve, bailed the water out of the irrigation box, found a failed valve, and provided an irrigation contact to repair the valve. This was quite a relief, as we had no idea what had failed. This is the third time I have used George Brazil plumbing, and each time had excellent service.

Ernesto, the Plumping Technician, did an annual plumbing safety inspection of our home plus some additional plumbing jobs that we needed done while he was here. Have dealt with this company several times over the last 10 years, and have always found them to be reliable, efficient and pleasant to interact with, both the plumbing division and the HVAC division. Their techs have always been courteous, willing to answer all questions until I’m satisfied I understand the answer; plumbing tech Ernesto J was terrific. Will def use this company’s services again.

We called for an estimate to replace our hot water heater. Duane H Plumbing Technician, arrived promptly and followed all Covid-19 precautions.
Our water heater was about 15 years old and although we did not have problems we knew it was only a matter of time before it blew. Duane explained our options and we settled on a replacement similar size to what we had. The installation was flawless. We are very happy with Duane and George Brazil.

I have been extremely impressed with all of the George Brazil plumbing and electrical employees who have worked on my home and Brad was no exception. He arrived and donned his gear before entering my home. He was very personable, neatly uniformed and professional. I showed him the locations of the jobs I needed done. He explained what the jobs required and gave me a reasonable quote. I accepted and he got right to work. He got the work done in short order and was very detailed in his clean up. My wife arrived home at about the Brad finished up and she was pleased with Brad's work and his professionalism. I plan on remaining a George Brazil customer for a long time.

First time experience with this company. No issues at all with their service. The gentleman who performed the work was D.J. Competent, professional, knowledgeable. At the end of the job there was a thorough and understandable written summary of what had transpired during the time he was here. I see this as keeping the customer "in the loop." Very thoughtful. Duane was on time. He gave us options on the repair of the leaking toilet.

DJ did fantastic work for us. We had a leak somewhere in our front yard and he found the leak and fixed it. He explained everything very thoroughly and was very friendly and helpful. The price is very fair. I would definitely recommend DJ and George Brazil and will use them again.
