Brad and Dave where excellent, very professional, knowledgeable, clean and respectful. Did a great job of educating me on the repair and my options, never once felt pressured or up sold. Would 10/10 recommend these two to friends and family. They came out on thanksgiving and did not rush to get done, took their time and stayed after repair was done to answer all of my questions. Great Job, price was fair also

Very complicated situation. Bottom line, quality of work was good, integrity of their quote and settlement was a farce. About a third of the work was not “needed” even though the teck insisted during the quote process it was. I even helped him pulling wire since he could not get an apprentice from the company. He insisted the work not done was not part of the quote, and then said he would come out and do the work if it proves to be needed, For FREE! I paid the bill and told him to leave and not come back. I can not recommend this company. By the way, I was an apprentice electrician as a younger man, so I know what I am talking about...

The plumber, Coy, was very personable, & he was fair with the price for today’s service. I appreciate that Coy did the job I called about, & that he wasn’t pushy to sell me additional products or complete additional work.

Ricardo arrived in the designated time. He was very professional and explained in words I could understand, what he needed to do and the associated costs. He left our shower in clean condition and showed us the old parts and explained why they were no longer functioning properly. I would not hesitate to have him return in the future.

Gabriel did a great job on wiring and installation of ceiling fans. He kept me informed and up to date on his progress and explained everything very well. He was professional and left the areas where he worked very clean. This is the second time we have hired George Brazil and we would definitely recommend them.

We just had a phone interaction with a Gorge Brazil plumbing dispatcher. She was rude, unprofessional, argumentative, interruptive and would not answer our questions. We have had this treatment from her before on other service calls for other plumbing and electrical service. I am still waiting for a manager to call back from our interaction on previous plumbing and electrical service at our other home in Scottsdale. We will never use George Brazil plumbing or electrical services again, despite having maintenance contracts with this company.
Plumber Michael listened carefully to what needed to be done. He then played back to you what he heard so everyone was on the same page. The workmanship was excellent. Everything went smoothly. Next time we need a plumber, we will certainly ask for Michael.
