George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical

Woke up Friday morning to find no hot water and the pan under the heater was full. Called Brazil and they had a plumber at my door about two hours later. The heater was about 10 years old and had a slow leak. Ugly.... The plumber went over the choices which really amounted to change out the heater. After pricing it out as well as discussion how the process would work it was a go. He had a new gas water heater in the truck which was a main brand heater which he installed and about four hours later, we had hot water. Amazing....
We also have a contract with Brazil for our three heat pumps. Can't say enough.

Called George Brazil because our 30 year old sewerage pump was out. The dispatcher told me she would send a man as soon as he finished the repair he was on. They sent a picture and background of the plumber assigned to do our job. They phone to let me know he, Coy, was on his way. Coy made a list of what parts were needed and cost to do the job, which I agreed to. This was Saturday morning when he phoned in the type of pump that was needed which they didn’t have, they were on backorder, but the did have a more expensive digester pump in stock. They sent it out by a runner and installed the better pump for the same price. The instillation was a bear because of bigger pump but Coy was so patience and very professional in making a old system into modern update system.

Jesse was very courteous and knowledgeable in helping us clear our drain line at both the kitchen sink and washer drain line in the garage. They are both draining much better now. He was a perfect example of why we keep coming back to George Brazil for all of our plumbing and electrical needs.

Had my first ever bad experience with george brazil today.
Have used them many times before and they are my go to when I need a plumber.
That ended today.
Everything went fine until the estimate.
I had two small items( shower cartridge and toilet lever) that needed replacing. Tom initially quoted me 550 dollars for both. When I said thats crazy, he lowered it to 350 immediately.
That was probably rwice what it should have been but I took time from work and just agreed.
I got seriously ripped off

excellent comunication on fixing a wall leak in the garage as well as removal and insitallation o two commodes. HE WORKED FROM 8AM UNTIL 5PM with no breaks, Beautiful job on the install and repair, Clean, personable, professional, knows his business. Customer service top notch .

He kept us advised on everything that needed to be addressed with his work and he did a wonderful job. Amazing all around service from the consistent communication from booking an appointment with the Electrician, Roger V who was not only highly skilled and professional but a consultant who looked at the issue and recommended a solution that would not have occurred to me that worked out perfectly. Roger even took extra steps after the work was preformed to obtain a part which was optional however not in his possession and drove to pick it up. The service went above expectations.
