Your firm's response to my request for service was very prompt. The technician who performed the work was professional and clearly a skilled craftsman.

I've been a customer for many years and have received excellent (if expensive) service. This time was no exception as DJ had his work cut out for him. Finally locating a very small and not continuous leak from my water heater kept him moving between my shed and my neighbor's shed. He kept us apprised of what he was doing in addition to responding to our general conversations while working. Prompt delivery of a new water heater and installing same made for a 4 hour service call. DJ is a great employee from this customers view.

Dj was very nice and was able to resolve the problem. I have never had any problems with George Brazil and have used them for years for all my plumbing, electrical and AC repairs and installs.

Tony and Chris were great. Tony explained all options so we could choose what was best for us. They worked and didn?t stop all day and very knowledgeable. They were conscious of all the coronavirus precautions and maintained the 6 foot space between us. I could not have asked for more.

DJ was my plumber at my rental property. I could not have asked for any better. He called me and explained the condition of the hot water heater that was no longer producing hot water. He installed a new heater in an outside location. He felt the property in wonderful condition and even sent me pictures of all the work he had done.. He was excellent.

Coy is fantastic! He came to check on low pressure, fixed that in the first half hour then proceeded to fix some other problems I had not mentioned when setting up the appt! He is very personable! He has been here before and I actually requested him!
