Service was quick and the technician was very helpful and friendly.

We had an emergency situation with a leaking toilet tank on a Saturday so we selected George Brazil Plumbing based on their reputation and that they are an Accredited Revdex.com Business, which has won a Revdex.com Torch Award for Ethics. Larry B. was sent that same day and he called to let us know that he would arrive in 30 minutes, which he did. He was dressed all in in white and wore covers on his shoes (just like in the TV commercials). He gave us a couple of options for making the repair and quoted us the prices and he had all of the materials that were needed in his truck. He worked very neatly and efficiently to make the repair. He tested the repair several times to be sure that the leak was completely fixed. And the amount that we were billed was exactly what he had quoted without any extra charges. We are very pleased that the repair was made on a Saturday and with the way he worked and with the results.

They were great!! I tried 2 other plumbers that advertised Emergency 24/7 plumbers. Both of them couldn’t come for 2-3 days. George Brazil was here in about 4 hours and was done in about an hour. He was very professional and did a great job. Thanks!

Duane was great, although my water softener was not one that George Brazil could repair, because it is one that has only one authorized servicer and this state. Dwayne gave me the number to that servicer and also gave me a quote for a new unit which I am seriously considering. Hopefully Duane would be the one who puts it in as he is a Class Act. This was my first time using George Brazil and they have made a customer for life.

Daniel p*** was an awesome technician he called and texted when he was on his way he said 45 minutes and he was definitely here in the time frame he is very friendly and outgoing even took his time to explain everything in detail to me and why he was doing it even when I talked his ear off he did not still hesitate to explain I would highly recommend him to a friend or family member you want something done right his is your guy and company to go to for sure will definitely use aging thank you for helping us on Christmas

I was attempting to swap out all the outlets and power switches in my house and ended up screwing the whole thing up. With family coming to town soon, the electrician, Alec G came out on short notice and fixed everything. Not only did he fix what I had jacked up, but he finished the job for me and took extra time to make sure everything looked and worked perfectly. Great response from the company and Alec was a true professional.

Same day service, had three outlets with bad grounds .could not tell me how all three burnt out at the same time ???? Re placed the out let’s , In an out in about one hour !!!! 530 .00 bill ...... Nice country America !!!!!!!!!

Poorest outcome of any of my George Brazil work. Despite thousands of dollars spent previously. The two plumbers that were sent 20 days apart didn’t know or have been told by the company not to do the task of pulling off the back of the frig to test for a leak in the apparatus that does the water delivery. This resulted in calling out an expensive locator service who did just that for about half the cost of a new refrigerator.

Everyone I dealt with from George Brazil was friendly and helpful. Alex was the plumber assigned to me. He arrived on time and was very friendly and efficient. My leak was unground so he was digging in mud and slop with no complaints. He let me know what he was doing and why. He found and fixed the leak and did an amazing job at cleaning up. I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend him and the company.

Service was done to our expectations and at a price we agreed on with no surprises. Prices may be a bit higher than some others but serviceman Brad handled all issues on site.
