This was the second time I contacted Eva to ship a vehicle for me. Always a pleasure! Had it set up and shipped within a few days. Very professional level of service and my go to vehicle transport service!

We are a small dealership looking to get transport from auctions to our store. After getting the run around from the auction own transport company we decided to reach out to Vlad from GetCarrier (He had emailed us a few times before asking if we needed transport but we never responded) . So, we gave him the chance to earn our business . Eva and Vlad were very helpful ! After a couple emails back and forth , we received a fair rate for our transport , even better was the quick pick up and delivery of our vehicle as time is money on the auto business . Very happy w/ the customer service . We will try them again in the future for sure!

We were more than pleased with our service! Zach was so kind and helpful. We had a car transported from NC to PA. He helped us through the entire process. He not only contacted us by phone but also sent text messages as well. Zach also checked in with us the day of delivery to make sure that our vehicle was delivered.

I recently used GetCarrier to ship a truck from coast to coast. The process went really smoothly. Alex was extremely patient and helpful, talking me through the process, answering all of my questions, and proactively reaching out to provide updates. The most helpful thing for me was being able to communicate with Alex via text message. Top notch customer service. Oh, and the truck got delivered with no problems!

Signed a contract with GetCarrier and a week later a driver accepted the offer. Kelly was helpful, Knowledgeable, and prompt when answering my questions. Driver was on time! would use them again if I needed another vehicle shipped.

Dispatcher, Eva was very communicative thru out the process and set up the transportation of my vehicle on the exact date that I needed the vehicle to be moved.

Final price was more than the original quote. Only $50 more but the quote should be the final cost. I asked that before signing the contract and Erin told be it would be the final cost but it still changed . The transporter was responsive and communicated well with me during the transport process.

Contact was quick. Had everything set up with timely pick up and delivery. Delivery went smooth and they kept in constant communication telling me when they would be at my front door. I would use them again.

I had been warned about “brokers” for auto transport and therefore chose a well-known company who would actually be doing the transport. The day before pick up, I was asked to sign a contract from them that was almost 20% higher than originally quoted.

I called GetCarrier after looking at their reviews on line. Not only did they find a transporter within an hour, it was almost the same as my original quoted price and they had it across the country faster than the first company. The driver was good at communicating and was very nice.

I am so happy I called GetCarrier.

Great service. Vitali Tash was very responsive to all questions and the price was as advertised, no hidden charges or last minute add ons. Car was transported from FL to CT and arrived 24-48 hours ahead of schedule. Highly recommended.

I was told this carrier would be able to pick up within the time I needed based on ebay's 7 day rule. As soon as I signed their contract I was informed they now have 5 days to sort out a shipper and I would have a cancellation fee if I went with them. My deadline is approaching and I haven't heard that anything is scheduled. So in addition to their fee I breach the Ebay buyers agreement and have to forfeit my purchase.

They may be ok, but definitely NOT is you have any kind of schedule to meet

Eva was great in helping coordinate. Alex the driver was very communicative and delivered the car early! Pretty good value all around!

I used GetCarrier this month to ship my 2016 Wrangler from NY to AZ.. I worked with Maks, he was very responsive to my questions and kept me informed during the entire process.. My Jeep was picked up and delivered on the dates promised and was in great condition when it arrived in AZ... I would definitely use GetCarrier again for my shipping needs..
