Kelly helped coordinate shipping my car from Los Angeles to NYC. She found transport within one day. Quick, clear and efficient. It was more expensive than I think it should have been (my car is 25 years old, and that usually changes the pricing on a quote) but I believe it's an especially busy time with Covid and the summer.

My only note is that the company (or people) getcarrier finds to ship the vehicle is not always easy to communicate with. The guys she found to ship my car got it over in about 7 days (a couple days less than the estimate) but they did not provide any kind of updates or contact along the route. I was only given a couple hours head's up when they arrived with the car, which was not a problem for me but might be for others. I also don't know if the car changed hands at any point along the way. Otherwise happy with the service!

I'm absolutely thrilled with the entire experience! The driver was amazing; prompt, professional, courteous, kind! I was very nervous about the process as it's completely new to me and I wasn't sure what to expect but I just could not be happier with how smoothly everything went from the initial contract to the drop off. The driver followed up with me a few hours before drop off to give me payment options and let me know that the car was in North Carolina and would be at its final destination shortly. He was wonderful I would not hesitate to use him again and have friends relocating from California to Texas later this year and have referred them to this company and the specific carrier that transported the car for me as they are currently deciding wether to drive or ship their 2 vehicles. I just can't say enough about how impressed I was with the driver he is 100% the reason I will use your service again and recommend to friends and family. My son is military so we will definitely need to use this service again probably a few more times in the next 8 years as he is stationed in different locations.

Adam did a great job getting me a driver quickly. I initially wanted to get an enclosed transport, but after 2 days of waiting to get a driver I changed the request to an open transport. An hour after that change Adam got me a driver. I was shocked ot happened sooooo fast. The price was $100 more than the initial quote but it was definitely worth every penny.

Denis was great. Everything as promised, a car from FL to NY state, very organized.

I would have left zero stars if that was possible. I gave them a two week period to ship my car. I contacted my sales representative a week after signing my contract for updates. He said sir it is too early to be receiving offers, my dispatch will call you when they do. Two days later the dispatch called me for thirty seconds about how they hadn’t received any offers and had no additional updates. Two days before my car needed to be shipped and I was contacting the company and the representative. Still received no response. Finally decided to use a different company the day that my car was suppose to be shipped. Tried to get out of contract with GetCarrier. They said me posting with another company is why they didn’t get any offers even though I did so after two weeks with GetCarrier. They won’t terminate my contract and they won’t send me confirmation that they are terminating it. Do not use this service. The other company even send that Get Carriers original post hadn’t been updated by the company for ten days.

Car was delivered when promised and had no damages. Took a while to find driver and get car delivered.

Denis is the best so far, after I went through other carriers hassle and unreliability, I got frustrated and didn't know whose service to trust, Denis emailed and called me and he was able to clear my doubts and without an iota of a doubt, I scheduled a pick up of my truck from Wisconsin to Baltimore, I paid less than what all other carriers charged. The delivery came a day early and my truck was intact. I trust Denis, and when my truck was picked up, he continued to check on me to make sure I have no doubts. Denis is the one for the job.

This is the most unprofessional company who slanders other carriers. They bait and switch their price, don’t have drivers and will up the price to find you one. They have made.Derogatory comments about other carriers and false allegations that they weren’t able to come through and they were very much so incorrect. I would never use this company

I purchsed a car in LA and had to be trasported to Wisconsin, I check many different carrier at the end I hired Getcarrie. The reason was from the time I asked for RFQ the gentelman I worked with Denis was very professional and extremely friendly. My arrived as was promised with care.

Great customer service
Zach was very professional from start to finish. The car was picked up on a Thursday and dropped off exactly a week later from Seattle,WA to Fort Lauderdale, FL. The people who picked up the vehicle were professional. Once it arrived the gentleman and lady who delivered the car were kind and very professional. I would definitely use this company again.
