I worked with Denis to get my dune buggy transferred from Kansas to Arizona. They were able to get a driver within two days, and stayed late at the office to help me fill out my forms and answer any clarifying questions I had since this was my first time shipping. Everything was explained in detail and it was a very smooth situation. Thank you very much Denis!

Eva was the rep that worked with me. I originally had another company trying to ship my truck from Baltimore to California. They were taking forever and way overpriced. Eva contacted me by email on a Friday afternoon, was very polite and fantastic customer service. She had my truck picked up by the following Tuesday at a very reasonable price and kept me in the loop the whole way start to finish. I am not even upset about losing my deposit from the other company because it was worth it. She did in 2 and a half business days what the other company couldn’t get done in 3 weeks! Thanks Eva!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Back in April, we set up a pickup for my car to be picked up in June. They told my dad to call closer to the pickup time and they would set things up. A few weeks left until pickup and they sent us a contract and a payment form. I emailed them back a couple of questions but they never replied. My dad and I called everyday to get some questions answered but no one ever answered. This led to time running out so we went with another company, Safe Auto Transport. Just a week ago, my dad noticed a charge on his credit card for $100 even though they did not complete any kind of service for us. All the other transport companies said that they would not charge us anything until the car was delivered. DO NOT trust this company, they clearly don’t have their act together and won’t answer when you need them to. You’ll just find charges on your credit card!

I was skeptical as this was my first time shipping a vehicle. I was put at ease after reading the reviews and the constant contact from Maks. I was in contact 32 different times from my first inquiry until the vehicle was delivered. You can't ask for any better than that. I did increase my quote amount to get things going faster but it was still less than all the other quotes. The driver was prompt and delivered the car within 27 hours of picking it up. Damn good if you ask me. My son is happy he now has a car. Thanks

Diana assisted me throughout the process, I would recommend to use her. After filling out quotes on a couple of different sites, I was surprised by how many brokers contacted me. Diana was the only broker that actually responded promptly via text, which was how I wanted to communicate. She lined up a carrier within ~2 days of my initial request and was very satisfied with the carrier.

I used getcarriers to transport my car all the way across the country, their rates were competitive the service was great and and the car was picked up quickly and delivered ahead of schedule. I would definitely use them again.

The service this carrier provide met my expectations and communication went well. In about 8hrs of me requesting the quote, my car was picked up and delivery was also completeded as expected. They could improve on more accurate delivery times but otherwise I recommend it.

We were totally satisfied with Eva, our customer service representative, and GetCarrier's service when we used them to ship our boat from Florida to Michigan. Eva was helpful and informative. The boat arrived quickly in great shape. We would definitely recommend this company!

I was so afraid of having my car shipped bc of all the horror stories I have read about all these companies. so after getting about 10-15 quotes , I was over it. I even planned out the details of my drive from Los Angeles to Maryland. But then circumstances changed and I needed to get to Maryland sooner than I could drive there. So I bit the bullet and reached out to get carrier and another one who had given me the lowest quote. My getcarrier quote was $850 from Eva Simpson. I picked because Eva literally got JKUSA LLC to pickup my car two days later at $900 but so worth it to get someone that soon, I had been told by others that bc of covid19 it was going to be a while until they can find someone. So when Eva said two days I legitimately though it might be a scam bc how is that possible to do it at a cheaper rate than 90% of other companies and so soon. But I didn’t have much of an option so I prayed it’d be okay and committed to Eva and getcarrier. I can’t state my level of shock when they showed up in 48 hrs for the pickup. It was so simple, I even was able to leave my car with a friend and he’s the one who did the handoff. Granted there was a bit of delay from the first expected arrival date 6 days from pickup. But Eva did a fantastic job keeping me updated. JKUSA LLC called me to also update me. Ultimately arrived in 10 days though to be fair it was always explicit that it may take 6-9 days for the car to arrive. I’m very happy it all went exactly as Eva said. I would definitely recommend Eva Simpson at getcarrier and the JKUSA LLC services company. When everything with covid was causing so much distress and chaos in other areas I at least always felt well taken care of by Eva and my car would arrive safely and on time

Very pleased with the customer service. No glitches at all. Dennis gave me the lowest rate compared to other competitors. Didn’t try to bad mouth other companies like the rest of them were doing which was the main reason I felt more comfortable using getcarrier services. Timing and execution was on point. And car was delivered way ahead of my expectations. Lastly, the team of the 2 drivers that Dennis matched me with were extremely friendly, professional and helpful as well.
