My experience with GetCarrier transporting my Tesla coast to coast was awesome - Jack was involved right from the quote, facilitation of esigning the contract, coordinations of pickup/handoff at NJ to the delivery in CA. He specifically helped in tracking the vehicle location on a day to day basis (& sometimes more) keeping me abreast via phone or text bcas my Tesla didn’t communicate GPS location (gasp) when on route. The best part was the car arrived within 6 days! Appreciate it much and would highly recommend Jack and GetCarrier team for any transportation needs. - Thanks

They did a good job moving my vehicle. The origin point was in a small city, not close to any major interstate highways, so that made it difficult to find a carrier. Maks did a good job of finding carrier who was able to move the car 1200 miles in 24 hours. Would definitely recommend!

In the confusing and daunting world of finding a trustworthy auto shipping broker, GetCarrier met and exceeded my expectations. Their service was excellent. I worked primarily with Alex Rudel who was honest, clear, attentive and friendly. During the arrangements and throughout the actual shipping from Oakland, CA to Brooklyn, NY (using Umbrella Auto Transport) Alex and the staff at GetCarrier followed up with updates on the status of the transport letting me know delivery would be a day earlier than originally scheduled. While researching transport companies, I also spoke with Erin, Eva, and Harry at GetCarrier, all of whom were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would use GetCarrier again and would recommend them to anyone who needs to ship a car.

Very pleased with GetCarrier’s service. After reading the reviews on car transport companies I was concerned that they were bait and switch on their price. GetCarrier first email explained the process.
They gave me an estimate, when I released the car to them they were with in $100 of estimate. Other companies quoted and then raised it by $250 to $300 when I was ready to release. Released it with GetCarrier on Wednesday, picked up on Thursday and delivered on Saturday. From NC to Louisiana

I wanted to transport my car to Texas and signed up with this company. Their website says "cancel anytime" and "no cancellation fee" but when I tried to cancel (about 30 minutes later), they charged me a $75 fee. I signed paperwork via email, didn't think much of it, thought it was standard procedure but the fee was on that paper. I didn't think to read it, who reads all the fine print? Since the website said I can cancel anytime and no cancellation fee, I didn't think I needed to read the fine print. Very shady way of doing business.

Excellent experience start to finish. Kate Atwood was great! She found a stellar company to move my car from FL to CA. They picked up the car on time and dropped it off two days early! We moved my dads 1995 ford bronco from Dallas,Tx to Watsonville, Ca. Easy process and Dennis texted before, during and after to ensure everything went smooth. Price was inline with other carriers and we didn’t have any issues. I would recommend.

Kelly at GetCarrier.com helped me. I was VERY leary of using a broker, but she came through - the car was in condition, the date to ship did not take long, and the rate was only a little over what I was initially promised.

Maks was very helpful, He got me the lowest rate out there during a difficult time. Always prompt with his replies to any questions I had. This was the first time I had to ship a car and Maks helped me through it. The driver they found arrived on time and was easy to deal with. The whole experience was great.

Eva from Getcarrier did an incredible job with the best price. My car was picked up on a Thursday night and was delivered from Atlanta, GA to Los Angeles, CA in 3 days. WOW! Is all I can say. I have shipped about 8 times across country and this was definitely one of the best. Date picked up qas thursday July 23rd, 2020 at 9pm and delivered July 27th, 2020 at 10:30am. Need I say more!

I have never shipped a vehicle before and needed to ship a humvee. After getting quotes from multiple carriers giving me a price only to come back and tell they made a mistake and wanted more money. Adam with Getcarrier.com gave me a price and set up the shipment across the country. Driver showed up when he was supposed to, very fast delivery, maybe 4 days. Very happy with the service and highly recommended.
