At this point,since the customer has opened a dispute with her card issuer, we are unable to offer refund sine the card issuer has already placed a reversal on the original transaction.As an internal control measure we have access to information when someone pulls a card number from the system even though it may be a GCS employee, and in this scenario, no such case has been recordedwe hope this will help you rule out this possibility about someone internally withing the firm was accessing your card information
