We do not charge our customers till the order ships,
so what you may see on your credit card is only a Pre-Authorization charge that show up as pending

I paiid Gift Card Spread $39.58 on 8/6/16 for a Panera Gift Card.On 10/17/16, Gift Card Spread claimed they would refund me $8.28 for that same gift card.  That amount is insufficient, and I have not received it, regardless.

I am rejecting this response because:Although I received the payment by [redacted] today(12-15-2016), the net payment I received is $402.66 and a $12.34 fee was charged. That is why I do not want a [redacted] payment but ask for a check payment. I have insisted a check payment in previous communications with Gift Card Spread. And in their responses on 10-03-2016 and 10-04-2016, they never asked for my [redacted] ID. Actually in their website they mentioned “We do our best to process your payment within 24-48* hours of the receipt of the gift cards, and send a check in the mail / or process payment though [redacted] as agreed upon at the time of sale.” So a mailing check is a payment option and [redacted] ID is not necessary.As Gift Card Spread choosed [redacted], not check that I required, they should cover the $12.34 lose. And, I never receive an email from [redacted] when I response now (12-16-2016 16:06am EST).

without pin number and it was at their discretion that they stopped accepting them as e-cards in store, and after several conversations back and forth with the merchant to resolve the issue, we were not able to convince them to allow usage.The balance however is correctly as listed.Your refund should reflect back on your payment method typically in about 2-3 business days.

I appreciate the refund but they have horrible customer service with waiting on the phone for 30 min. No supervisors to talk to finally when I did talk to one gave me a fake extension number. Promises of refunds days after they screwed up with no follow through
