However, I would like to comment on the customer service issues that led me to file this complaint GiftCardSource advised on four separate occasions (including their response to this Revdex.com complaint) that they had found the card and will ship it to me (the summary below is paraphrased), my numerous responses in inquiries not incuded here:1) March We received the card from seller and will be mailing it first thing in the morning We'll email the tracking number.2) April We are sorry for the delay and you will receive the card shortly (no tracking number provided)3) May It took us a while to locate the card, it was sent in the mail as of 5-(no tracking number provided or received later)4) May (Revdex.com response) We can immediately ship the physical card and advise tracking by email (no tracking number provided)After reading the last response through Revdex.com, I sent email to GiftCardSpread.com advising I will wait until I receive the card before closing Revdex.com complaint, since I had already been told on three prior occasions that the card had been sent I received an email reply stating the card had been shipped and delivered to my PO box on April 19, including a USPS tracking number that indeed showed such delivery! So, the #promise above appears to be the true one Although I never received the card, apparently the *** mis-delivered the package or it was lost or stolen between post office and home Had GiftCardSpread been better with their customer service and advised promptly with tracking number that they shipped the package around mid April, it would have saved me a lot of time and aggravation, and wouldn't have resulted in Revdex.com and online review complaints.

Hi ***,We get our gift cards from third party sellers (not from the merchant directly) Which may allow us to sell them at a discounted rate but there is always a small chance the gift card having an issueWe guarantee our products for days as mentioned in our FAQsIn this case the voucher
for all cards have been viewed several times during the day period before reporting an issueUnfortunately we would not be able to honor a refund request for this order

***, The next day ACH payments are for our regular bulk sellers that submit at least order every week.Your account did not have a sale for several months and was automatically removed from the bulk list. Please understand that due to Saturday and Sundays being a bank holiday, no ACH payments can reflect in your account on those dayThis is a beyond our scope of control.So overall, even though it's a non-bulk account, your privilege of ACH was still active and your payment was all completed within business days.
