I had the privilege of meeting one of the brightest young men that Gilmore Heating, Air & Solar employs. His name is Jason M[redacted]. My appointment was for checking my
heating & A/C unit. As a professional, he not only worked with confidence and ease he took pictures and explained what he was doing . I've had other companies in the past check my Heating & A/C before BUT, Gilmore would leave them in the dust !!! Thank you for a JOB WELL DONE Jason !!!!!!!

Chris is such a polite and professional young man. I like that when he had completed his service, he sat down and went over everything with me.

The visit of Allen S[redacted], technician, from Gilmore was positive from the very beginning. Allen offered much comprehensive information about the condition of my heating and AC units and he was ready to answer any questions that I had. He provided information about Gilmore's new offerings of which I was not aware - even though I had been a customer for many years. Allen also helped me with a couple of household problems when I requested his assistance. It was a two-hour visit and that surprised me, so I was glad I had no pending appointments. I would certainly recommend the service of Gilmore Heating & AC.

Josh, the technician, did an excellent job in going over with me all of the questions I had & answered them to my satisfaction!!

Victor was extremely knowledgeable and diligent in his visit. Appreciated all his expertise and patience. Nice to realize that there are still hard working people in our world.

We arrange for a heating and air conditioning system inspection with Gilmore Solar, Heating & Air twice each year and have done this for about the last 25 years. We have always been well satisfied with the results, but this year's review by Allen S. was exceptional. The review included (besides the usual couple of adjustments of air flow in two of our rooms and the perennial resetting of our thermostat) a thorough review (with pictures!) of all of the major elements of our heating and cooling systems with a reminder of the age and working condition of each part. Allen's review was conducted in easy to understand language and we felt that we were quite well informed about our heating and air conditioning system when he was through.

Ryan N[redacted] was so knowledgeable about the kind of heating and AC system we needed to install. He crawled into the attic and discovered that we could use then existing duct work for our new system. He enabled us to make informed decisions about our new heating and cooling system. It has since been installed, and we are so very happy with the results! I would highly recommend calling Ryan at Gilmore for advice. In fact, we are going to contact him to talk about solar too.

Josh was polite and introduced himself at the door. Went over the task to be performed and asked if there were any questions. I showed him the thermostat and the entrance to the attack. He said it would take up to 1.5 hr. to complete the inspection. He first took readings and checked the outside air conditioner and then came in to check the unit upstairs. He removed the air filter and cleaned it before going into the attack. When he came back down he went over the items he felt needed mentioning and felt we were good for another year. He always put on his inside boots before walking inside the house.

Quick,friendly service and fixed old AC unit. Provided helpful tips to keep our old unit runnignfor a while longer.

Service person was on-time, courteous, and explained what was done. There was no hard sell, which was appreciated.

This review is in regards to Allen S[redacted] the outstanding technician for Gilmore Heating & Air. Mr. S[redacted] recently provided service for my home's HVAC system. He was the very profession, articulate, and personable. Besides doing an excellent job he provided detailed information about the maintenance work her performed which providing photos of the integral parts of the system. This the second time Allen has performed this service for me and has always the consummate profession each. Gilmore Heating & Air is fortune to have a technician such as Allen on their stall. I look forward to seeing Allen on my next periodic preventive maintenance visit.

The staff at Gilmore Solar, Heating & Air have been professional and courteous. Our technician Victor was through with his inspection and servicing of our AC system. He informed us that we need to schedule a furnace maintenance and inspection sometime this fall. The service was included with the new HVAC system that we had purchased in 2015. The office sent me an email confirming and suggesting an appointment time. I have been very satisfied with Gilmore and would use them again.

I met with Chris S[redacted] when my heating unit failed. He went through it, sat down with me, and showed, in much detail, what had happened. It was an old model (1972), and needed replacing. I had not realized it was that old, and it was a mess! A lot of rust, and it was beyond repair. He worked with me and through a finance company, was able to replace the old unit with a new, more efficient model. I will say, the new model keeps my home much warmer. Chris is a person who you can really feel comfortable talking with on this type of matter. He goes over with much detail the problems of your unit. He was not pushy, trying to sell me on a replacement, and I like that. He is a nice, and very professional individual.
