My AC units were serviced by Derek C. from Gilmore on 7/11/16 and I was very pleased with their service. They took their time going over the units. The wore shoe covers when entering my home.

Colton and Andre did a superb job installing my unit. They stayed after the unit was installed and walked me thru the new thermostat. Andre relocated my thermostat so it was above my bookcase, so I did not have to rearrange furniture. That was much appreciated.

Ryan was professional and personable. He instilled confidence that Gilmore will do a good job for me.

Josh and Gilmore in general are always prompt, courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. We have been using Gilmore for over 25 years for regular maintenance and for purchase and installation of new systems.

DJ came to our home to troubleshoot and problem with our HVAC unit. He was very professional, courteous and thorough. He gave me a detailed explanation of the status of our system. He was quite candid about pricing and provided me with many options to consider once I had the opportunity to discuss with my husband. We decided to schedule a comfort specialist from Gilmore to come to our home and discuss replacement of our HVAC system as it had many needed repairs. We purchased and new HVAC system that day. I have a contract with Gilmore Heating and Air for a twice yearly inspection of my Heating and A/C unit. The service techs are prompt and courteous. They communicate what service they intend perform, perform that service, and then provide a verbal and written follow-up summary at the end of the service visit. I highly recommend this company.
