D.J. made a service call at my mother's home on Thursday, July 23, in regard to air conditioning problems. D. J. was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and diagnosed the problems with the AC unit (which is 27 or 28 years old). We were very pleased with his workmanship and that he was able to solve the problem. Would definitely recommend Gilmore Heating & Air, and mostly definitely D. J. I sure hope he is rewarded for his skills and his professional demeanor.

Derek C. and his partner arrived on time, were very personable, explained all that they were going to do and what had been completed so far and answered the many questions I asked to my understanding.

The team was prompt and very efficient. [redacted] was the greatest. Didn't leave any questions about what he was doing or what needed to be done, showing everything about service on his tablet via pictures. He never entered my home without his booties to cover his footwear or without asking. I didn't have as much contact with [redacted] but found her to be very pleasant on the phone.

My recent yearly service call was handled by Derek C. from Gilmore Heating and Air. He was extremely efficient and informed me on the most effective way to operate/maintain my heating/air conditioner.

I am consistently pleased when dealing with Gilmore. The office staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. Allen Suetos is the technician who has worked on my heating/AC unit several times, and I am always impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. He is thorough in his work and explains everything to me in terms I can understand. Gilmore is a company I feel I can trust, and I will remain a loyal customer.

The presentation method was great. Using the tablet to show us pictures was extremely helpful.

Christopher was very professional and knowledgeable in his presentation and did not try a high profile presentation in attempting to sell us a unit. His presentation was low-keyed and helpful and we appreciated not dealing with a "car salesmen" mentality.

The maintenance representative was dressed appropriately, used shoe covers, was courteous, was knowledgible, was helpful in explaining condition and status of unit and options available, was clear in communications and expectations. Utilized time well.

An excellent representative of company and good public relation interchange, Company should be proud of this representative.

However I did not receive the email that was supposed to have been sent, probably a typo ??

Allen S[redacted], service tech, arrived at my home on time. He wore the protective covers on his shoes while inside my home. He explained up front how long he thought he would be servicing my heating/air units and said he would go over everything when he was finished. I was very pleased with his detailed explanations and would recommend Allen to anyone who need service. I got a follow-up call the very next day with office staff lady inquiring about my experience with Allen and Gilmore overall. She was very nice!

Ryan E. from Gilmore Heating and Air came to my home today to do a diagnostic service on my Trane unit. The appointment was easy to schedule and the technician arrived when promised. I was very impressed with Ryan's knowledge and thorough explanation of the problems with my unit, particularly regarding the issues with my air conditioner. Ryan was very helpful is explaining our options as we consider repair or replacement of our unit. We have scheduled a Gilmore engineer to come to the house to assist us in making our final decision.

Install team was focused and not sidetracked by minor setbacks. They maintained a good attitude and sense of humor throughout the install process.

Excellent service, [redacted] is very knowledgeable.

Our 18 year old central heating unit failed so we Called Gilmore Heating, Air & Solar for a replacement estimate. First [redacted] the service and scheduling representative was great. She setup an appointment with Matthew for the next day.
Matthew , our Comfort Advisor, arrived right on time and had a very professional and concerning attitude. He checked all our existing ducting and reported that it was in good shape and no repairs or replacement was necessary. I really felt he had our best interest in mind and did not try and sell me something we didn't need. We decided to purchase a new Heating unit so Matthew was able to get the installation scheduled right after Christmas.
On the day of installation, Two installers (Jimmy G[redacted] & Juan arrived on time even though a snow storm had come through the night before. Both were dressed very professionally and were very polite and concerned about our house and property. The installation went without a hitch. Jimmy & Juan removed the old unit and cleaned the areas they were working in and left it better than they found it.
In a nutshell, my wife and I were very pleased with the entire experience and would highly recommend them.

Allen was very detailed with pictures on how my unit performs. I now have a better understanding on how my unit performs. Allen very professional.

Ryan was most competent in his delivery of the heating system. His courtesy and patience was most appreciated. He was a pleasure to do business with.
