Would like to thank Gilmore Heating & Air for doing a top notch job. They were very professional from start to finish . They explained everything that they were going to do that day and also when they would come back to finish . Their office staff was very professional , and very helpful . I would recommend Gilmore Heating & Air all the time, they are great people to do business with.

Allen S. was here on Saturday to fix our A/C. The power had gone off Friday afternoon and the batteries went dead. He was very efficient and he was educational for me also. While he was here he did a six month check on the system without being asked.

Another great job from GILMORE HEATING & AIR! Adam was terrific and as ALL GILMORE TECH'S do, he did a more than thorough job cleaning & maintaining our 2 units for winter. Our overall experience with [redacted]. was excellent. He was punctual and listened patiently to all of our concerns. His work was neat and efficient. After the completion of the work, he explained all the actions that he had taken and also addressed all of our concerns to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Gilmore and [redacted].

They were very efficient. The only complaint I had was that they refused to give us a breakdown of the charges. They would only give us a total cost for everything. We wanted to know how much the unit cost so we could add it to the basis of our house and how much tax we paid so we could deduct it next year. They wouldn't tell us despite repeated requests..

Very professional and compitent

On 12/11/2015, Gilmore HVAC installed two hot water heaters, one at my home and one at my daughters home. The installing technician was: Jason M[redacted] and
I was impressed with his attention to detail, his thoroughness in getting them correctly installed, tested, clean-up, and providing instructions in the water heaters operation, etc..
All of the representatives I dealt with from the initial phone call to the company, the response to my house for a selection of the units, and the installation technician were friendly and helpful in providing detailed answers to my questions.

Excellent service. Works with the customer to find the best deal. staff friendly both on phone and in person.

Great customer service! Gilmore will do it right for a low price, and very reliable to do maintenance service on an A/C unit as soon as you need them.

Jason was as good as they get. Extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood. Gilmore has a high standard for their staff, and trustworthy contractors are getting harder to come by as time goes on. with their work, always explain in layman's terms what they have to do, if anything, then went over whatever they did if they had too do anything, cleaned up after they finished their work as if they had never been in our house, used OEM parts, and always very competitive in their pricing! Gilmore people have been very helpful during this transaction. They have been on time when any appointments have been set, and have waited on me one time that I was running late. Nick was very courteous and did a good job explaining what he did while inspecting heating unit. Will look forward to seeing him again for inspection of the A/C unit.
