The quality of work was excellent. Installers arrived on time, and completed job as I expected. Cleaned up after finishing and hauled away all old parts. Even vacuumed the carpet when completed. Everyone very courteous, and made sure I was 100% happy with the work. They explained how my new system worked and answered all of my questions. The crew were clean and pleasant. The cost of the job was exactly as quoted, no hidden fees or extra costs. I would recommend Gilmore for heating, air and hot water heater installation.

On March 11 Gareth and Jason were at my home. They were very thorough and explained in detail what state my heating was in and the wear and tear that was happening, and what to expect might happen. I found them courteous and informative.

We bought our HVAC system in 2010 from Gilmore. We've since had Gilmore come out twice, just for routine seasonal maintenance...make sure everything is running ok They have always been courteous and helpful...adding new filters, cleaning up area after they leave, making sure we are still happy with system.

Derek C did a great job all around. Would be happy to have him back at every system checkup.

When we had our Heating and cooling equipment installed the techies did a great job. The salesperson, Matthew M., was really nice during the sales pitch.

The day after we had the installation my wife heard a big bang and called the dispatcher who got a techie out in a very short period of time. Once the techie was out at the house he didn't/couldn't find anything wrong and pretty much told my wife that the next time she calls we are going to be charged. For my wife it wasn't pleasant. Not good customer service. If this is a taste of the type of service we're going to be getting I now know I wouldn't do business with them again.

I have an ongoing contract with Gilmore for HVAC. They have always been very responsive to my needs, usually contacting me the next business day. All their staff are extremely professional and courteous. For example they always wear booties when entering my home. I feel very comfortable recommending this company to anyone. They do excellent work and provide a complete recommendation for what is needed with an estimate. The final bill corresponds to the estimate.estimate

I had Gilmore Heating Air and Solar install a new heating and air conditioning unit in my home. They worked very hard and steady, took all day to install and I am very pleased with the results. My heating system is working great and I am very pleased with their work.

DJC is an extremely personable and knowledgeable technician/engineer. DJC came out to check on a gas smell we thought was related to the heater unit. Although recommending a general upgrade to the heater unit for sometime in the future based on its age, DJC found no connection between the gas smell and the heater unit which provided us some piece of mind. In fact, DJC may have solved a 14 year mystery as to why we periodically smell a sewer/gas smell in the front of our house and now in the house as being caused by the propane tank when it is low on propane.

We chose Gilmore Heating, Air & Solar to instal a new AC system in our home. From initial consultation through completion of the install the service was impeccable. During the consultation with Chris S every aspect of our system was evaluated, every major component was photographed and options for repair or replacement explained. We chose to have our unit replaced. John C and his team were on time, courteous and extremely professional. Their work was impeccable and they each showed great pride in their work. I would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends. The level of service was truly exceptional.

Andre and Colton were very courteous, efficient and got the new furnace installed in much less time than I thought it would take and then did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Two days earlier Gareth did a fall maintenance and found the problems in the old furnace that necessitated a new one - and explained everything thoroughly in writing and pictures. Tom found a great product for me, arranged financing and all installation details and made the whole lprocess very easy and uncomplicated for me. I highly recommend Gilmore Heating and Air.

Called Gilmore for a Heating and Air Conditioning check. Service was courteous and prompt. DJ was very thorough. Our 30 year old system was inspected completely and an honest evaluation of its expected life and functionality was provided with no pressure to purchase another system immediately (we know it has already outlived expectations)..
