Chuck B[redacted] was a very pleasant person and went right to work and worked diligently to make sure my air conditioner was working properly. He wore coverings on his shoes to prevent soiling my carpet. He asked if I had any questions at any time while he was working to let him know. He left me a new furnace filter for later use. I shall ask for Chuck the next time I need any Gilmore services.

As always, nine times over the last seven years, from basic maintenance to installation of new system, staff are able to tell me in non-technician lingo what they did, why, and what needed to be done in the future and why.

We had the opportunity to work with the awesome team of Gilmore. Each and everyone that we encountered provide the best service. We have already recommended them to others, and will continue to based on the service we received.

Allen from Gilmore was the service technician, He was very prompt and professional. He had to make a second trip because the part ordered would not fit my particular model of heater, (This wasn't his fault!) He showed me on his computer what the part was supposed to look like and called it in. 2 days later he returned with the correct part and installed it. He was very prompt and efficient.

We were extremely pleased with their service and recommend them highly.

Chris is a good tech. Found the trouble fast and did the repair.

Greg C[redacted] from Gilmore Heating, Air, & Solar was here to repair a non-functioning AC Compressor. He was Neat, Polite, and Professional. He repaired my problem in minimum time and at a reasonable price. I have used other companies in the past but in the future I will be using Gilmore.

I had my A/C and Heating system serviced at my home and a rental home by Gilmore Heating and A/C. The service technicians are through in their inspection(s) and service; advising and explaining any problem; or future problem that may occur. The heating system was serviced by DJ C. today; this is the second time he has performed the maintenance and inspection. The office staff are friendly and courteous; keeping you appraised on arrival schedule. Techs have always been on time.
I previously had other technicians from Gilmore; all of whom have been knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Very satisfied with the work performed.

[redacted] was super professional. He met with us after hours and stayed until after 9:00 to get the job done. He hooked us up with a cool heater that we don't have to start paying for until next year! I can't wait to get it!!

All employees I have talked to have been very friendly. When they finish the job they clean up after themselves.

The quality of work was excellent. Installers arrived on time, and completed job as I expected. Cleaned up after finishing and hauled away all old parts. Even vacuumed the carpet when completed. Everyone very courteous, and made sure I was 100% happy with the work. They explained how my new system worked and answered all of my questions. The crew were clean and pleasant. The cost of the job was exactly as quoted, no hidden fees or extra costs. I would recommend Gilmore for heating, air and hot water heater installation.
