pictures you have kindly provided, I am afraid I cannot see a difference. The bag that we advertised on the sale page is in fact the bag that we sent you. It does advise on the sale page that this item was previously carried in excellent condition but has minor signs of handling on leather/hardware. We also advised that this item was final sale and non returnable on the sale before the purchase was made. I am afraid due to security reasons we are unable to provide the serial number to members unless they have purchased the item. I completely understand the inconvenience that this has caused you but we are unable to offer a full refund or a further partial refund on this item.  Hi [redacted],your response is patently false. When I engaged your customer service team with the reasonable request of fulfilling my order, I was in accurately informed you were "out of stock." Not the case--sets were freely available on your website in other colors. I advised [redacted] that I would gladly take either Navy Melange or Deep Sea Melange. So your company has essentially lied to me multiple times about the options avilable to me as a customer who has paid in full for the item advertised. I will accept nothing less than either:-the full set I purchased-a full refundyour customer service and policies are abhorrent and I truly question how your founders out themselves forward as examples of good business people and start-up founders. The offer for Koral Activewear was active from Monday, March [redacted] at 10:00 AM, 2016 EDT to Thursday, March [redacted] at 1:00 PM, 2016 EDT (2 weeks, 3 days, 3 hours), as this was such a popular offer it did sell out much faster than anticipated. I am sorry that you feel misled here...

but this was not the case as the offer was live for 2 weeks leaving ample time for purchase.

I attached the email in question where it does not state that the items needed to be  marked from a specific date, nor does it state that these items would need to follow their previous return policy hence the term "new return policy". If there were no items that I had that were eligible, then how was I even included in the small test group? This email is misleading to the consumer.

I honestly don't remember ever dealing with an "brand name" company that was so unfair and such a bunch of [redacted] with such poor customer service.
I had a bunch of experiences with them and it was nothing but negative, never good.
Their Gilt city discount things that you buy are like [redacted] or [redacted]. Except they expire after like a month and then they only give you the amount that you paid credit at the customer for five years. The problem is… When you go to the place they have no idea what you're talking about.
I went on a date and I quietly went to the waitress and I told them about it. She said she has no idea what I'm talking about and when I spoke to the manager he would not honor it… And embarrassed me in front of my day… Who never spoke to me again…
I've called them on multiple occasions for messed up things like this and they basically said sorry and there's nothing we can do… Real [redacted]…THIEVES!
