HelloThe DHL tracking number is ***After repeated research on ***, ***, sending messages and asking neighbors, I discovered that the "*** family that signed for my package lives in building which is on the complete opposite side of my large apartment complex (*** *** ***I am in building Therefore, the mail courier wasn't even close to my apartmentThey told me their substitute courier that day "did not recall" where he left the package and refused to try to retrieve it for me

Thank you for the response 1) I spoke to numerous DHL to include leadership and it was never stated a GPS verified the location, therefore the response is convenient The driver stated "he remembered my door" but the local office stated "he ships 1000s of packages a day so he can't remember my package The driver also stated he received a signature, conflicts with Mark's response. 2) On 5/15, my package was delivered to the wrong address by ***, someone signed, but the driver realized his mistake before he left and retrieved the package The tracking information displayed delivered at 11:38AM When I called *** about the ackage I was told it's back at the store because no one is at my house during that timeI asked why it show delivered and the manager explained the situation, less layers for clarity and immediate resolution. Therefore, I GPS Pinnacle Drive to see where it takes me and possibly retrieve the package the DHL driver left and GPS terminates direction "as soon as you enter pinnacle drive by stating, destination ahead on your left.' It DOES NOT take you to the exact door The driver was not at my addressThe street is shaped like a U with two entrances, my entrance is second and my house is in proximity to the second entrance, but rarely do people use itThey enter the first entrance and immediately begin searching for my address When they reach the second entrance they treat it as an exit.Therefore, Mark's response is inadequate of facts and received as a standard response for lost packages. DHL should take accountability for their mistake, initiate any process for correction and break the perpetual cycle of hiding behind a process that immediately relieves them of poor customer service

Their response is a lie. My invoice number for me paying Barlin delivery that billed for DHL is *** for $17.56My invoice number for *** ** S*** for $24.00I paid for the shipping directly to the shipping company

As the attachment which is the reply from the sender shows, in their system my order has been completed and there is nothing they can do nowIn another word, they won't make a claim as DHL said since their system doesn't allow toAnd I do believe this is not the sender or mymistake, DHL should take care of it and make the refund

First of all, the signature was definitely not signed by me or anyone in the apartment, because there is no one in the apartment during the time it got signed so there is no one can sign for itThe carrier did not ask for my permission to leave it in front of my door, and I checked with my neighbors or leasing office and anythingNo one said there was a package got delivered from DHL, so I assume the carrier either lost it or stole itI am really really disappointed, the signature confirmation appeared for its reason, that means me or anyone need to sign for itBut there was no one did, so I wonder how did the carrier deliver the package, and what is the meaning of signature confirmation??

I can never trust this business to follow up my case.I am the owner of this package and the attachment shows that they agreed that this package belonged to me.You can see their management offered $Fuel card!!!Their office in Iran did not accept to receive any complaint because they claimed that the package was lost in Canada.So,the DHL leaders in Canada are responsible for this mismanagement and must pay full compensation to me
