I am rejecting this response because: They never even responded to this
complain until I was forced to pay to have the items shipped back According to the website and requirements for selling the makeup did qualify and if they didn't why was I offered money for them just a very very small amount compared to what they claim they would pay for so many pieces of qualifying makeup

I placed a large order (200) with this company, but when I wanted to return items because I found out they do not give rewards over $orders, they totally stone-walled meI feel I was entitled to a $bonus, but only received $So for $15, they gave me so much grief and lost a good customerThey would only partially answer an emailThey never, ever sent me a return labelThey would let days pass before responding I finally realized this company is not reliable

Complaintant insists that a few items are missing from her the package we returned to her but our standard process is to keep all items in the original sender's box When asked exactly how many and what items were sent in, she was not able to provide an exact answer so I am not sure how she is
certain she sent those items inI suggested that she double check her home to be sure since makeup items are typically smallWe've done all we can do to accommodate her

after that I actually found the setting powderim 100% sure you guys stole my two eyeshadow pans :) it would be in my * ***and you guys sent me someone elses lipstick, shows how organized you are! and you guys told me you sent it back in the same box but was repackaged in a bubble mailer

*** order was canceled and refunded per her requestWe've been working hard to catch up after an unexpectedly large amount of orders over Black Friday / Cyber MondayBecause orders are being shipped outside the timeframe, our cancelation policy does not apply and we will gladly
cancel orders per request

Over a month. Poor communication or none and package is lost. I basically sent product and nothing to show for. It would have been better to just give it away

I wanted to try this website and sent 20/30 items. Shipped package on 4/15/18. No confirmation if delivered. Last movement was 4/25/18. A glambot employee said they will get back to me and never did. I just emailed them today because my last communication was 5/10/18.

this person's items did not all qualify for our sell program. she then rejected our offer and per the guidelines, need to pay for return shipping to have the items sent back to her. we cover the initial cost of incoming shipping.

We have been in contact with [redacted] regularly over the past week or so regarding the items she sent in to sell. Today she was given a cash offer which was accepted and paid out.

Glambot issues prepaid shipping labels for those wishing to sell product to us. [redacted] requested a label which was assigned tracking number [redacted]. The USPS tracking data shows arrival at zip code [redacted], the location of a local USPS Sorting Facility. The label is addressed to...

If the tracking shows arrival in San Francisco zip code 94103, it is at the San Francisco USPS Sorting Facility.  Our office is located at zip code 94114.  Because of the nature of the prepaid label, the sorting facility takes time to process the charge to our account. Based on our experience, the local USPS Facility misplaces packages every so often and, unfortunately, there is nothing we are able to do about this.

I am rejecting this response because: I asked for an explanation of why my offer was so low. I'm well aware of your policy.. I'm simply asking for an explanation.

Glambot has not received a package from [redacted] (we identify packages for sale by email address). We're very sorry to hear a package was sent and has gone missing. We recommend contacting USPS to submit a claim for a lost package.

This seller's package has already been shipped back to the return address originally provided. ([redacted]). The shipping department has been asked to email the seller their tracking number as soon as possible. Thank you.

Glambot's standard processing time for sell packages is 5-10 business days once the package is released for pickup by USPS. Bethany was sent an offer, which was accepted and paid out, earlier today (within our regular time frame).
