I am rejecting this response because:i sent over 8 packages to you. Impossible that all of them were broken. One item or two is acceptable but all of them, no.

this user sent an earlier correspondence that stated: "i should not have been able to tell you how many items I sent in because I sent so many I couldnt remember....I also noticed you guys didnt give me my too faced setting powder back either."  From her communication, it's quite clear that she is unsure of what she sent in and is creating a "laundry list" of sorts, claiming different things are "missing." We've done all we can do to assist her.

it's already been shipped. thanks!

Sorry, our response wasn't quite clear. *Some* of the items sent in were damaged, many do not fit Glambot's guidelines for selling. Glambot's Sell Department is in touch with [redacted] and they are actively working on handling her packages. Thank you.

we're already in contact with this customer and explained that fulfillment is currently behind but her order has already started fulfillment and will go out with this week's shipment.

Renee's package was shipped back to her with USPS tracking # [redacted]. Tracking shows delivered October 17th.

The person who submitted the complaint has already been sent back her items.  We currently do not have any unclaimed packages.

[redacted] contacted me regarding my 8 packages; the team is analyzing the products and will send me an offer soon. What doesnt fit the requirements, Ill pau to be sent back.
look forward to receive an offer in the next few days
thank you

This is from a buyer's perspective: Terrible business practices! They are quick to take your money but extremely slow to fulfill your order. And we're not talking slow by a couple days' delay here, we're talking along the lines of 3 weeks to 1 month to receive the order! I have received overseas orders from 2nd world countries faster than Glambot has been able to even update a simple online order status notification. They are also extremely slow to the point of non-responsiveness when you request a refund for delayed orders. They will attempt to keep postponing your refund request so you basically cannot get a refund and then weeks later ship you the product anyway and now you are stuck dealing with their returns process for which they charge you a "restocking fee". "Customer service" takes up to 3-5 business days to respond to emails (seriously, what online company in this day and age takes an ENTIRE WEEK to respond to customer emails???) and there is no direct phone number to call. They have deleted numerous negative reviews of themselves from social media (so shady) all while continuing to draw people in w/ heavily advertised sales, resulting in even more orders that they are unable to fulfill. I understand that young businesses have growing pains, but it seems like Glambot is particularly failing to address their glaring faults by attempting to sweep everything under the rug and carrying on as if nothing is amiss. I absolutely do not recommend this business, but if you must patronize them, make sure you use Paypal and/or a credit card with a good chargeback tool so you can submit a dispute and get your money back in a reasonable time frame when the time comes.

Our Sell Department has responded to this seller regarding their package. Every seller has the option to reject Glambot's offer if and have it returned to them for the cost of shipping.

this is an issue with our email service provider that we're currently working on.

Consumer states that the business has contacted her with an offer. The offer was accepted and the money has been received. Consumer considers the matter resolved.

At the time this offer was sent, Glambot was not accepting certain brands in sell packages. Since that time, we have changed our brands list to include more brands. Sell offers are for the entire package and non-qualifying items become the property of Glambot once an offer is accepted. Though we...

usually dispose of non-qualifying items, some are used to test out brand desirability on our site. We receive a lot of the same products in from various sellers so any item listed on our site could be from any seller. As for the offer given, the Seller (in this case, [redacted]) is totally free to reject Glambot's offer and have the items returned for the cost of shipping. Our offers are calculated based on condition, age, use, and desirability of items sent in. A low offer means that items may have been substantially used, in fair condition, old/dried out, or low desirability. Hope that clarifies things a bit!

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I finally got my items back. Never using this "company" again. #scam

The product [redacted] sent in arrived shattered due to improper packaging. Our Sell Department will be contacting her asap to determine next steps in the handling of her product. Thank you.

Hi, I checked our records and it looks like we emailed you at the email you provided, with your offer. It is up to you to respond.

I am rejecting this response because: I havent received it yet. Ill wait until the package is here and in perfect condition (nothing broken or missing) in order to close this issue. Hopefully it will be all right

I couldnt find how to respond in the website but the company emailed me and they are giving me a refund for the items I did...

not receive. Thank you[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
Ive aready complained once before and they said the same exact thing. I mailed items to them to sell and they sent me an extremely low offer so I declined. it took them ALMOST AN ENTIRE MONTH to get them back to me. but when I got it back, three items (MY items) were stolen from me. a too faced setting powder, and two mac single pan eyeshadows. their customer service is so unbelievably rude, they were telling me I "didnt look enough" for my items. like what????? they would only be in the box. they told me that "i never sent them in." even though I did because I remember and took pictures before mailing. this company is unprofessional, rude, and steals from their "customers." how dare you suggest that im lying.
Give me a refund for the amount of the 3 items you took from me, which were two mac eyeshadow pans and a Too Faced setting powder.

I am rejecting this response because: although I did finally receive...

my response, it was a complete rip off. I sent over $1200 of products to them and they gave me $220. Also, they sent me a tweet back that said 7 days. Nothing at all about business days and no way to reach their customer service but they responded to this within hours?
