As stated in Mrs***’s membership materials, the purpose
of this vacation membership is designed for her personal vacation enjoyment and
the condominium vacation and all requests are fulfilled on a first-come first-serve
basisWhile every attempt is made to fulfill a request as specified, not all
areas are availableTo date Mrs*** has not submitted a request to travel
Travel accommodations cannot be searched without a reservation request

The responder spoke to my daughter Marie She is getting her fair share back of $ We, my husband and I, are getting $out of $ We feel a minimum of another $would be appropriate because the first vacation in Gatlinberg was at a very run down place that we should of never been given Global rep who spoke to my daughter agreed that condo was not ready yet That's what we were given and that's where we were stuck because of my again handicapped girls At the original complaint to Global, they were giving us $for the 2016-year renting fee So now we lose again our money as payment for a place we never should of been given I have the papers to prove Sales person CCampbell emailed to me
