I am rejecting this response because: I have already responded to this same message the organization sent prior. I have also tried calling the number in the message and have never received a call back.I called and left a message with *** ***: called 4/14/at 10:a.meastern, got voicemail of *** and I left a detailed message with a phone number. Called again on 4/16/11:a.meastern , made another call this morning 4/21/at 11:a.meastern. Each time I leave a number that I can be reached but do not receive any call back.I have never received any message on any phone stating that anyone has tried to reach out to me. I have answering machines and there is no messages from anyone from this company. I am getting annoyed because I can't get a hold of anyone - now I am getting a bill of $to renew something, but I was told I wouldn't have to pay the $unless I used the resorts. I can never seem to get a resort - never any availability - so why do I have to pay something when I am not using it. I just want out! I want the monthly loan payments to end - at this point, I am not asking for any money returned. Just want the loan to be canceled with no affect on my credit - and membership canceled. This company has shown very poor customer service and satisfaction. They are not responsive nor have they tried to make any effort to assist me.

I am rejecting this response because:The facts, as presented by the company, are not entirely correctYes, Brad contacted us, and my wife explained to him what had gone wrongYes, the day waiting period had obviously expired but we did not even attempt to try this service for some months. Our two attempts were utter failuresOn the first, we asked for a location in Jerusalem and they offered us one that was a four hours drive away, not exactly usefulNext my daughter tried to use this service for Tampa, Florida, and was told they would hold her selection for her over the weekend until Monday but they did not hold it at all, Then their solution was to offer an alternative that was very far from Tampa and was an old motel that looked like a dump, not exactly; the luxury condo they advertised and promised us at their lengthy sales meetingAlso, while, my daughter asked for the bedrooms to all be in one floor (because she had two infants), and they offered her a unit with two floors, not exactly useful for little children. Our attempts to obtain service from the company were dead endsBrad really did not offer us anything, other than to try to "help us next time" which is a meaningless and useless offerThe only logical and ethical response would be to provide us will a full refundAn offer of "further assistance" with a company that does not respond, and has useless service is totally unacceptable

The information that Mr. [redacted] is referring to was
initially discussed with the distributor, and not Global Connections. I have
contacted that distributor, and they [redacted] be in contact with Mr....

[redacted].
Global Connections does not sell, transfer, or purchase our
members timeshares. Further in no part of Mr. [redacted]’s contractual agreement
with Global Connections does it state this. 
Mr. [redacted]’s membership agreement does state however that the
undersigned applicant and representative each hereby certify that this
Agreement, the Membership Kit, the Revolving Credit Charge Application and
Agreement, and the Statement of Understanding, contain all of the arrangements
made with the applicant and there are no agreements or verbal understanding not
endorsed hereon. Mr. [redacted] signed stating he understood this.
At this time Global Connections does not agree with Mr. [redacted]’s
request to cancel and refund his membership. I would be more than happy to
speak with Mr. [redacted] concerning his membership benefits. He may contact me
