I am rejecting this response because: Brad, I am not going to keep wasting time on your joke of a response.  1. If you had read the original complaint you would see that the telemarketers working for you mask the number.  The latest we received was ###-###-####, but that is a fake number because it belongs to someone else but your telemarketers are using it to make calls on your (Global's) behalf.  2.  You can just work this out with the FTC because that is where I hope they issue a fine similar to the one given to Dish and send all of you to jail.

Mrs. [redacted] became a member on April 4th, 2014. Mrs.
[redacted] was allowed three business days to review her...

membership information that
was provided to her at the presentation, and also her members’ website. Mrs. [redacted]
elected not to cancel her membership within her review period. By doing so Mrs.
[redacted] agreed to the terms and conditions of the membership.
 
As stated in Mrs. [redacted]’s membership materials, the purpose
of this vacation membership is designed for her personal vacation enjoyment and
the condominium vacation and all requests are fulfilled on a first-come
first-serve basis. While every attempt is made to fulfill a request as
specified, not all areas are available. To date Mrs. [redacted] has not submitted a
request to travel. Travel accommodations cannot be searched without a
reservation request.
 
At this [redacted]e Global Connections does not agree with Mrs. [redacted]’s
request to cancel and refund. To date Mrs. [redacted] has not submitted a request to
travel. Further, not all locations are available for all dates. If Mrs. [redacted] has
any questions she may contact me directly at ###-###-####, Monday- Friday 9am-
5pm CST.

for her on both numbers to please return my call to discuss her concerns.
