This is Part update of my original complaint with San Diego Revdex.com dated 3/27/Global Equity Finance has responded that I declined a new loan they purportedly offered me after their rep *** *** was terminatedHe completely fumbled my loan and left me hanging past a March due date to pay my mortgage company*** said I didn't have to pay my bank for March/April because the loan would be approvedHe was gone, and nobody called me or told me the disposition of my loanGEF states they tried calling me, but I had no messages on my phone or emailI finally had to call them and someone named *** called me back with a new planI signed all necessary paperwork by secured email and returned everything to ***He said the loan was complete and ready to goGEF also stated in their Revdex.com response that there was clear direction from them that the February payment would need to be made to avoid an adverse credit eventFebruary was never delinquent, as I stated in an email message dated March 30, 2017, to ***He responded, "Great." The March mortgage payment was paid on March along with late charge*** *** who replaced ***, stated that I could skip the April and May payments because this loan should be approved shortlyHe denies this, saying that it was possible, not probableHe then informed me that the appraiser erroneously did the $appraisal (I paid) for a conventional appraisal, not FHA, so that needed a REDO but this appraiser refusesNow they need to get a new appraiser...plus I needed to pay the April mortgage payment because of this delayI scrambled to get the March payment togetherNow I need to pay for April, and I don't have the fundsGEF has destroyed my credit -- I've attempted to get financial loans and failed because I now have mortgage delinquencies on recordLoan app started Feb and has gone on till now, April 25, GEF should fix this--I'm unable to get credit now or refi, thanks to them.Refund my $appraisal fee since the appraisal was ordered in error*** *** says it was done for a conventional loan instead of FHA--his company ordered itIt's my understanding that the appraiser's charge was $of this amount and GEF kept the difference of $It's no good and not useableI would've liked this refi to go through as promised and think GEF should stand behind their representatives' statements and promises*** *** was terminated and I was left with extensive damage to my credit standing, my mortgage company payment history and any future financial dealings I may haveOf note, there are several negative complaints on Revdex.com San Diego's website concerning this companyI only wish I'd seen them soonerThis all began in January and it's not nearly the end of AprilI'm hoping my complaint is noted by all concerned

Recently closed on a V.Ahome refinance with G.E.FIncredibly easy thanks to *** *** 858-***-and his assistant *** ***Both were very knowledgeable in the field and we couldn't have been more blessedThey were terrificHonest, patient, and on the ball with our loanThey stayed in contact with us through every step by phone, email, text, whatever it tookCharlie Sutton even took the time to answer questions after the loan fundedHe went beyond the call of duty for usAAAA+++ ATRUE BLESSING that we crossed paths with these two gentlemen!!!

It has now been days since I signed the original contract with this companyThe original associate called me after the first complaint was filed with Revdex.com he left a message, I returned the call and he didnot answerI left a message that I was returning his callHe didnt call backI contactedRevdex.com again to advise that nothing was resolvedAgain the represtentitive called me, aproximately 3weeks laterhe told me he would make some calls and call me back with a responce to my issue and the resolution to the problem that day and assured me this would be corrected with in the day.3days now since thenHe has not calledback yet I recieved a letter through Revdex.com informing me a lady from the company (M) would contact me to resolve this problemSo far no word from her eitherAt this point in time there is still one account totally unpaid now with late fees and intetest charges ofMore than additional dollars there are also 2accounts with over due late chargesAlso with intetest adding up I recieve at least calls a day from these credit card companies My credit score has droppped considerably due first to this companies deliquent payments and non payments and interest chargedI am at a loss as to how to address this problem except to hire an attorneyThis company in no way should be allowed to continue using an A plus from Revdex.comalthough they do respond to my complaints through Revdex.com they have yet to follow through on what they claim they will do to correct these issues.***

On the rarest of occasions, certain people are introduced to you that make such a direct impact on your life; you will never forget their names or experiencesI can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that *** *** has and will continue to hold a place in our memory banksI was online one day and I overlooked an advertisement regarding Home RefinancingI decided to input my personal information to get clarification on refinancing my house and whether or not I would qualifyI immediately started to receive multiple emails and calls from several agenciesTo my demise, I began to receive phone calls throughout the day, night, and sometimes before the sun came out in the early morningsI thought to myself, "I made a huge mistake putting my information on this public website." Until I received a phone call from *** *** (Global Equity Finance)He did not push me, there was no cynicism, and his calm/cool/professional demeanor instantly caught my attention
Responsiveness: *** made sure he was available for any of our questions at ANY time during the day or nightI did not have to wait more than five minutes to receive a response from himThe very fact that he gave me his personal cellphone was commendable
Knowledgeable: This is the VERY first time that I have EVER had any dealings with refinancing of our home*** had all the answers with zero research neededEverything that he portrayed to us during this process was just as it happenedHe did not skip a beat

meeting with this Loan Consultant on a very serious note.As with any mortgage refinance- an appraisal is required by law As you know- this is a client expense If the appraisal comes in lower than the client estimated (as it did this time)- it can cause the previously pre-approved loan to be declined Unfortunately, this is what occurred here Every client is entitled to a complete copy of his/her appraisal once completed Feel free to email *** to request a copy of your completed appraisal

My refi with Global Equity Finance involved a cost, although Evan said there was no cost I ended up refinancing nearly $4,MORE THAN I OWED, I also had to add into the mortgage payment additional money for homeowner's insurance whereas before, I was making the insurance payment separate using my credit card to get points The "lender credit" did not cover the cost so, yes, Evan, there was a cost! Additionally, months later I had to make a payment to gef rather than to my mortgage company Although he said my payments would start after months, which was what the mortgage company said, that was suspicious, as well!

Due to the borrower's credit history (bankruptcies and serious credit delinquencies), *** ***, the loan officer, communicated to him clearly, from the beginning that the loan approval would be dependent on underwriter's discretion whether to accept compensating factors.Unfortunately, the
underwriter denied the loan for and all options were exhaustedThe borrower was never told his appraisal would be refunded, but that as a VA loan he would be eligible to receive credit for the appraisal at closing if the loan closed, which it did not

No recommendation was ever made to my wife and me, as to the services of a notary*** *** informed me a mobile notary had been assigned to meI informed him I wanted to use my Credit Unions notary serviceI submitted the name and notary registration number (AssMgrV.C.C.U.) to GEFGEF rejected himI submitted a second notary name, (the manager of Ventura County Credit Union) which you also rejectedMr*** stated GEF would pay for the notary servicesNo doubt tacked on somewhere to the mountain of fees you already chargedAnd as in your reply, I did complain about the notary from the start[…because you complained about the notary...] Let me go on record stating this notary was never recommended by GEF to my wife and I Response to your point #2) Again you are in error. Yes I did object to using your title company! I did not accept *** *** as my escrow companyWhen Mr*** brought up the subject of Title Company, I informed him I planned to use the services of *** ***, located just up the road from where I liveI had already obtained a quote for their services, which turned out to be a lot less than your choice of *** ***Mr*** informed me *** *** had already started escrow and would have to be paidI informed him they should be paid, but not by meThis was the first time *** *** was ever mentioned to us Shortly after, I received a telephone call from your associate: *** ***Mr*** was very aggressive and intimidatingHe informed me I could not use *** ***, as they were unprofessional and very expensive, which is why GEF fired themHe went on screaming at me, if I went the *** *** way, I would pay for the title work already started by *** ***I could not afford to pay for two escrowsAgain I will go on record stating *** *** was never recommended to my wife and IThey were imposed on usYou refer to *** *** as “an amazing company”To you, perhapsHowever, I could not get our escrow agent, *** ***, to take a call, return a call, or answer email“Pretty amazing” all right, amazing they are still in business…“we do this as a service to our clients free of charge”… I beg to differ, GEF do nothing for free, this was part of the $2,fee you charge Response to your point #3) Again, you highlight the ineptitude of GEFI asked Mr*** to remove the Homeowners insurance on numerous occasions, as I had obtained cover from *** *** for the coming yearMr*** almost cried into the phone stating he had asked for it to be removed three times and just cannot understand why it still thereResult: I had to pay Homeowners Insurance twice Mr***, you and your cohorts promised my wife and I professional service, you did not deliverGEF took full advantage of us being immigrants and having no US banking experiencePlease return our money to us so we can get on with our lives.

Folks,We're happy to solve this but it can only be solved with *** ***'s help If *** can continue correspondence with *** ***- the Compliance Director- everything can be resolved We reached out to *** ***, the last debt, and they confirmed the address was incorrect. This address was confirmed by the borrower (per LO) to be correct. *** *** has agreed to take the payment waiving all late charges. A Stop Payment was issued on the original check & a check to be shipped to the correct address today/tomorrow Chicago Title also got the VP to approve late fee reimbursements for her other debts, with statements confirming all the late charges, and will offer to rectify any credit issues with the debtors. This would take care of the late fees & credit issues.Monica & *** called *** *** again just now. Her husband picked up & said she is unavailable until tomorrow or the day after. We did call from Chicago Title's line, she will call in an hour (husband is currently driving) to leave a message from her line with an update Again, this requires communication from *** to *** to resolve

I find it hard to believe that anyone who is as courteous and thoughtful in their reply would be malicious in their intent so I am dropping my case One final point you failed to mention that I was getting emails from your company as well- please be sure to remove me from that too
